I had a great experience at this particular Jersey Mikes! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. The staff made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could really taste the quality in every bite. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted and tasted amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service.

Our sandwiches were great but the girl making them messed up my wifes sandwich and didn’t re make it. She asked if she had to re make it and my wife said no being nice but they put on a topping on a sandwich my wife is mildly allergic to. They should have just re made the sandwich promptly without asking imo. Food was great for sure but the girls behind the counter could learn a few things. They were young so not entirely their fault. This was a road trip stop so we will not be back but if it was local we would be.

This place was AWESOME when it opened. It has gone downhill. Has been a while since I had ordered, and thought I’d give it another try. Now, I know why I quit ordering lol. Just ordered a #13, either the lettuce was not dry or they put a boat load of oil on the sandwich. Also, reminded me of a subway sub, was barely any meet on it! Was all lettuce and a soggy disgusting mess!! Will be the last time I order!

We are regular customers at this location and we usually order for delivery. The last two times we ordered and received subs they were not wrapped securely and both were a huge mess. We had to reassemble our sandwiches when we opened the paper surrounding them. They looked like they were just thrown together and thrown in the bag. This time we chose to go in and order to see if it made a difference. It did as far as assembly goes. I was upcharged for gf bread on both even though neither of us can eat anything with gluten. I was told that it wasn’t an allergy but a preference because my “allergy” wasn’t the same as the usual allergy most know about. However, it is. I don’t appreciate being harassed for my health limitations that my spouse and I both have. I also requested bacon on mine when I ordered. I had to tell the person making them to again add bacon. I was also forced to check out before the sandwiches were even made and the cashier didn’t ring in the bacon. I had to do another transaction to pay for the bacon. Good thing I had cash. The customer should never have to have two or more transactions of money exchange when the mistake wasn’t on the customer. I paid cash for the bacon addition. Don’t blame the customer for lack of communication among staff. At this point I’m willing to drive further for the customer service and care that one should expect to have normally. Rude Rude Rude.
