I recently placed a large catering order with this location (6 “Subs by the Box”). When I arrived, the order was ready and waiting for me to pick up. They provided more than enough condiments. Attendees at my meeting were very pleased with the assortment of sandwiches and wraps – many asked if they could go back for seconds. I live in this community and visit this restaurant somewhat often. This is not the first time I’ve ordered catering from here, and it won’t be the last. As someone who places large orders regularly, it is such a relief to know that you can rely on a restaurant to fill your order accurately and on time. That’s not always the case, but it is when I order from this Jersey Mike’s location! I’ll keep coming back, for sure.

So this is my first time trying Jersey Mike’s sub and let me tell you in the almost 40 years I’ve been alive that was hands down in the top 3 of best subs I’ve ever eaten!!!!!!!! I personally will NEVER eat at Subway again!! No joke. I wish I would have known about this place years ago!!!!

Usually, my sub is good, but this time it wasn’t that great. I got the chicken philly with just cheese and lettuce and ranch on the side. The ranch was only halfway full, so I had to ask for more.

Good food. A bit pricey but they are better at giving the meat that you requested. I have a huge pet peeve when I pay for extra but get skimpy portions. This is usually never and issue. I feel like I get more of what I pay for. Their food is decent quality and I love their gluten free options.

I love Jersey Mike’s and order often but everytime I on-line order from the Wooster Ohio location the sandwiches are made terribly, sloppy and never made right. If you call to let them know they are rude. If you dont like your job then change it.
