This place has the best burgers in Green! I ordered a Mikeburger with Cheese and it came out hot and fresh in less than 5 minutes. The steak patty was delicious – much better than Freddy’s or Steak n’ Shake, and all the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended!

First off.. Jersey Mike’s tends to be one of my favorite sub places.
I feel like it is sort of similar to Jimmy John’s, but I like the environment and atmosphere better. I feel like it has a lighter feel, and the customer service is generally very good.
I will say though, I am 1 for 2 at this particular location. The first time I came, I felt very welcomed and everybody was extremely friendly. The second time, I felt a bit of a negative vibe from one of the employees, like they were upset that we were there an hour before close. I’ve worked in just about every industry. And although it can be frustrating at times having customers before close, we were easy peasy customers. You definitely don’t assert negative attitude with customers regardless. Wrong industry if you expect to walk out right at close honestly.
We’ll definitely be back, just hope the guys attitude is better next time. Otherwise, there are like 3 other Jersey Mike’s locations that are not too much further.

Its a chain place. But it’s one i will drive to because it always clean in there. They actually listen to my order.
Food is always good and they have more sub options then the menu board displayes.
It is not cheap. But I don’t want a subway sub. (Gotten food poisoning to many times for 5 bucks) I will gladly pay 16.00 for a sub that is absolutely delicious.
I just don’t go as often.
I recommend this location.

Ordered 3 catering boxes from Sean for a party and he was very helpful. Subs were ready on time and were prepared perfectly! We ordered the Italian, Club Sub, and Turkey and Provolone! The food is always delicious, and staff is always friendly. We will be ordering again for SURE!!!

This was my first time ever going to a jersey mikes. I had received a free regular sub card from my school. I end up finally going and they tell me the card says it has already been used. I was not very happy. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and the food was good. I wish i just had a better experience so I would go back again, but that did not happen. The service of them saying the card was used ruined the experience for me.

We love this place. Have spoken with the owner a few times when we see him there. He is awesome and he does a great job with his hiring and training. They treat the customers great and always make sure the customers are happy. This is my favorite Jersey Mike’s location. Been to other locations owned by different people and have never received the amazing service that we get when we come to this location. Highly recommend this location!

I came into the Masslion Rd location in Green, OH last night (1/13/24), about 15 mins to close, and I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Philly. The guy who made it turned back on the immaculately clean grill, just for my sandwich. He was really cool about it, and way more patient than I would have been. It was honestly the best sandwich I’ve had in forever! I thanked him when he handed off my sandwich, but wanted to leave a good review also, because I really did appreciate it.

First, I’d like to say, I love jersey Mike’s. However, this location was busy tonight, they had at least 6 people working. The kid assembling sandwiches was extremely slow. Not his fault as he was obviously new. But, when you’re that busy and the manager just stands there and watches this kid struggle while your customers are getting agitated , that’s a problem. It took him 6 attempts to wrap my sandwich and, again, the manager didn’t offer any help. I had my wife and daughter waiting on the car. I’m all for training new people but maybe do it when you’re not so busy in a Saturday night.

I understand they just opened and staff are probably still learning their jobs, but after a month service hasn’t gotten any better/quicker. Each time I have been there has been 7-9 people working, but bump into each other more than anything. If you want a hot sub you better have 15-30 minutes to wait and it’s not because they are so busy. I really hope management takes the time to help train the employees because it’s so frustrating.
