Ordered online and went through the drive through. The subs were great! Closest thing To a new jersey sub that i’ve had in a long time. I grew up in New Jersey and haven’t found a sub that’s even close. I had roast beef sub and an italian sub and they were both very good. The customer service was lacking at the drive through instead of saying hello or anything, the guy just said last name. That was pretty rude but besides that everything was great.

If you ever work here? Don’t!! Beth the manager loves to discriminate against people with any disability/ mental illness. This has been a complaint multiple times and has caused people to quit this establishment! I hope that she gets fired so people can actually do their job in peace and not get bullied over paperwork and how they speak. How she conducts herself is severely lacking respect and common human decency. She is unprofessional to an absurd degree. Food is great! But not her!!:))

Visited last week -The guys up front making the food were amazing they got everything correct and appeared happy to be there doing their jobs a cuple employees stood out Landon and Zack and another young man light color hair they were well mannered and polite young men, which isn’t easy to see these days in my opinion. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing and I was in and out in mins highly recommend jersey mikes. I had the number 26 it was delicious

I had a wonderful experience at this location!! I had a rough experience using a third party app (UberEats) and not only did the manager listen to me being upset, she informed me I could pick up the food still since it was made. She included cookies as well and each staff member was friendly and helpful!! I will absolutely drive the extra 20 minutes just for the customer service of this store!

I’m really happy to see a Jersey Mike’s in Ellet, it’s a perfect location. I use to be a Subway girl but no more! Today I had a turkey and provolone minus tomatoes. It was made the way I wanted it and made fast. Lots of staff, smiling faces and everyone behind the counter was working as a team. They also have a drive thru window so you can order online and not even have to go inside when the weather gets bad. The bread was soft, meat and toppings were fresh, and it wasn’t skimpy. I also recommend their cheesesteaks, cooked to order and really delicious! They have different sizes of subs, I got a regular and it’s good size. Something for everyone!

For the first time in a long time I felt unwelcome at an establishment. The staff was cold and stiff. Maybe it was due to them having a slow day, but there were 5 of them standing up front and they were behaving like robots. I attempted to lighten up by making a few jokes, but they just reacted like there was a language barrier. I assure that my diction is not that bad. This place is in my neighborhood of Thirty plus years, in the city.

These people powered through an insane power outage , an entire line of people who looked like they just got off work waiting out the door- Jersey mikes are heroes, they fed the five thousand. Mr. Mike Jersey JR was making calls to the CEO with a smile on his face. Whoever says miracles don’t exist has never had it Jersey mikes way.
