I am normally a huge Jersey Mikes fan, and I was craving it last night. I ordered a hot sub because I’m pregnant and advised not to eat uncooked lunch meat because of the risk of contracting listeria. I ordered a big kahuna and it was delicious although I did ask for it not to have jalapeños on it and it did indeed have jalapeños. The real issue is within a couple of hours, I became violently ill. No one else in my family who ate Jersey Mikes with me ordered a hot sub and none of them are sick. I tried to play it safe by getting a hot sub, but I am absolutely positive that I got food poisoning. Very concerned about the effect this could have on my pregnancy and will probably not be eating at this location again.

I see some bad reviews but all the staff were nice and my sub was great. I had the Big Kahuna Chicken which is like a Philly but with added mushrooms, hot peppers, and I asked for the spicy sauce (that isn’t salsa).
The sizes are different from the competition. I was going to get the large but I opted for the Giant on wheat. That bumped it to $17 for a specialty sub.
I have no complaints. It was very good. I could have stopped eating at half and took half home.

Me and my kid went here yesterday. There was a kid that worked there that was so great. We talked about him the whole way home. Extremely polite extremely helpful . I have no clue his name. I think his hair was either braided or twisted. Honestly I wish I had got his name. I hope the service industry doesn’t change him! It was refreshing to have this experience.

We love Jersey Mikes. We always order in advance and the order has always been ready. One time I had just hit the door for my pickup and it looked really busy but a woman yelled from the counter and said ‘Timothy’ and I yelled ‘Yes’ ( I must look like a Timothy!) The portions are always great (as compared by the top two other sandwich places) and we would not consider going anywhere else. Great service!

My wife ordered food on the app. Waited 30 extra mins because the store was busy and only two employees. She left and later realized the order was wrong. I called the store and she said we can remake it or take a name for the next order. Today we called the store to reorder and told the manger the story. He said he would not reimbursed us.Long story short the manager does not respect the customers.

Food was really not that great. Sandwich was made wrong but even after picking off the pieces I didn’t order/like, it wasn’t very good. Soda machine is broken or something because the soda exploded all over my hands. Whole place smelled like rotten eggs.

Upon entering the store, I was caught off guard by the lady slicing the meat. She was chewing gum like a 1950’s diner waitress. Chomping and snapping her pastel green gum while slicing my turkey and preparing my husband’s cheese steak. This occurred on 9/18/25 at 2:15pm. This is a health code violation. Buyer beware.

I was hesitant to visit this location after seeing many poor reviews, but after a positive first experience at the Wooster location, I decided to try. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our orders were spot on and tasted amazing!

So sad. I love coming in for the portabella hot sub but it’s not on the menu anymore. That’s the only vegetarian option 🙁 Hopefully it will be back. So long till then…

I hate doing this. But y’all just suck at your job. Period. Your manager, the girl with all the ink. Is HORRIBLE. No leadership skills whatsoever. She has a worse RBF face than me. Her lack of people skills is disappointing. We have had you mess our orders up just about everytime we come back for 1 more try. We like the food. But you can’t seem to follow instructions. Ever. It’s the same sandwiches. Every. Time. What sucks is nobody from corporate will call you or email back. I have complained about this several time’s so know I’m just gonna leave a review. I’ll still eat here and I’ll post a negative review every time you blatantly mess our order up. I’m sick of it.

So someone contacted me. Gave me a run around about not receiving my 1st complaint so I screenshotted it and sent it back and have heard nothing back. Such crap customer service. Its no wonder their management is crappy. They just don’t care ♀️
