Wonderful staff making the best Sandwiches! I was very impressed with the friendliness and speed of the team, however the training manager (fellow with a graying beard and arm tattoos) was openly berating the poor new employees to the point that it actually made me uncomfortable. We love Jersey Mike’s! It’s the closest to a real Jersey sub we can get local, and we are SOOO happy there is one in Medina now! Beyond the amazing food, the service is superb! Angela treated us like we were her only customers (although there were many!) she was so kind and we appreciated the fact how she treated (helpful) the other young employees. Good sub shops are increasingly hard to find. Subway and Pudgies killed the category. The best sub shops are the small local establishments that have access to a great Italian bakery. Jersey Mike’s Subs seems to have seized the concept and can provide a decent sub. Because there are so few good sub shops, seize the opportunity and satisfy your craving for a good sub.

Probably one of the worst subs I’ve ever had. Bread was rock hard on top and bottom was so soggy. I told them no tomatoes and they put them on anyway. I spent 14 dollars for a sandwich I can’t eat! Thanks Jersey Mike’s!

This was the first time trying this location and they were a hot mess. The guy adding toppings couldn’t hear and put stuff on the sandwich we didn’t ask for. The one sandwich they made they never asked my wife what toppings she wanted. We had a $1 off coupon for that particular location that didn’t work. The cashier asked if we paid which was odd as he was standing there the whole time. The cashier tried to scan coupon I counted 15 times holding up the line. It was like nobody cared to help him out. They didn’t work as a team but as individuals when making sandwiches. There were more issues I could share but why. I won’t be returning and sad we even wasted our time going.

Both times I have been there, my hot chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak did not have lettuce, tomato on it. I asked the last time bf I left if lettuce & tomato were added, they said yes, When I arrived home, it was not on it. I know this is a new location but make sure the workers are trained to make them by what’s listed on the menu board. Nice employees, great location!
