In a nutshell not that impressed with today usually they are spot on, but today and yes it is partially my fault I always write extra onion in the notes because they never give enough onions and I had never had a problem usually Jersey Mikes is fire but, I quite literally got half a raw onion tossed onto my philly cheese maybe its my fault for not specifically saying I wanted grilled onions had never had this problem in the past with like the dozens of phillys maybe someone new but just a bad experience so just saying you gotta be exact with your words because I guess people can’t assume that a hot subs means hot onions anymore.

Given the wrong sandwich after specifically asking if it was the correct sandwich due to “Owen” having a few sandwiches in front of him. To which he replied, “I got you”, well obviously, Owen, you didn’t have me. Got home…..it’s tuna of all things! Call, speak to shift leader Cody, never, sorry about that, please come get the correct sandwich. Asked several times about a receipt, which I replied, no I do not have it, but I used the # to retrieve the points, you guys can’t track my order via the rewards system, he replied, “idk”. He calls me back after speaking with manager Ruan and there’s an email I can use to see if I could get a refund. Keep the $10, I would have taken a “very sorry for the inconvenience” but that was never mentioned. Very disappointed!

On my BLT I asked about cheese the young lady didn’t hear me so she looks at me and say “WHAT?” 1ST complaint given I work in the service industry and a proper excuse me I didn’t hear you would have been nice then she pours about 6 shakes of vinegar on my sandwich which I ate half in the car and it was sour RUINED
the other 2 sandwiches were perfectly fine only mine the BLT was screwed up and was not remade the server on my receipt was Ryan but it was also 2 young lady’s that were there the young lady who cut the meat and took my order was very pleasant the young lady who did the toppings need to learn customer service very rude and was speaking to her coworkers instead of trying to listen to what the customer (me) was saying spent almost 40$ for 15 of it to go to waste not acceptable also paid for my food before I gotten it which I also didn’t like because I definitely would not have paid for that BLT

I just had my first experience eating at jersey mikes and I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly for lunch. The staff was very nice and the food was better than i was anticipating. 5 stars

I ordered the Portobello sub to go. I walked from the store to my car and opened the sub and the bread was soaked! It was black, very soggy and unappealing! I understand there will be some juice with portobello mushrooms but this was excessive! 3 stars only because the staff was polite.

I was seriously impressed with the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak. I ate the regular, which just left me wanting the giant. The fresh whole wheat bun was the perfect delivery system for the piping hot shaved steak. All ingredients tasted farm fresh and cheese oozed in all the right places. I’ll be back.
