If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, be careful. My sandwich came with cheese despite being dairy-free. Customer service handled it poorly, and even the “free” replacement still required paying extra for GF bread. No acknowledgment or apology in store. Not acceptable.

Best location we have been to hands down. The staff went out of their way to provide a great experience and the food was amazing. Otis got my husband the chips he wanted that weren’t in the display (without us asking), and Valencia made my sub exactly how I wanted when most people at other locations get annoyed by what I order. Every time I go in, I have to repeat myself so many times. Today I told the ladies working what I wanted. A giant club sub on rosemary parm. No Relish, no liquids, no Jalapeño. I trusted the process which I shouldn’t have.
There was no bacon, and no mayo. That’s literally on the recipe on the board. It’s not hard to make a sandwich and I’d make it myself if I didn’t have a toddler climbing all over me. That’s why I come here. For convenience. But if it’s becoming more and more inconvenient to get a gd sandwich, I’ll go elsewhere.
Also, if you don’t like your job, just leave. Don’t take it out on customers who are there for a blink of an eye.

I wanted to get Chipotle, but after reviewing their most recent reviews I chose JM instead. The staff was nice, the service was fast and the food was good. This is my second visit to this location and both experiences have been good. Only minor issue was they were out of roast beef. Not a big deal, and the alternate sandwich I picked was pretty good and well made. It’s crazy to me that two restaurants in the same plaza can have such glaringly different quality. The Chipotle in this plaza is what got me eating at the Jimmy John’s that used to be there, and now it got me eating at Jersey Mike’s.

I have experienced extremely rude customer service during my recent visit. As a regular customer who comes in at least twice a week, I asked the staff to clean the dirty grill so I could place my order and enjoy my usual meal; however, they declined my request. This is not how customer service should be. I am really disappointed.

Jersey Mike’s is the best. The restaurant is clean, well staffed and welcoming. Employees are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent! I am adding this today, I bought a small box of mini chocolate chip cookies that were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I ate them all before I got home!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Asked for no oil or vinegar on the ham sandwich and received oil. Other sandwich we ordered light oil and light vinegar. In both cases the bread and lettuce were so soggy they were both almost inedible. Does anyone read directions anymore?

Great staff of submakers. Subs are made in front of you very quickly. Very friendly staff that remembers their regulars. I have only one request: offer longer drink straws. The current straws are too short for large drinks.
