Made an online order and they lied to me and told me that they were taking it out of the grill then proceeded to tell me 20 minutes later that they never started my order. So they refunded me and gave me a free sandwich, I go in to get a free sandwich and they get my order wrong

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had my order messed up until today. I ordered a Big Kahuna with steak but received one with chicken instead. When I called to inform them about the mistake, they said, “We’re pretty sure you said chicken, but you can bring the sub back up.” I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error—just a suggestion to bring it back.

I bought us up there today, August. 22/25 ,pay for it online and it seemed like the bread and the sandwich was not fresh , It was hard and it was sloppy. It’s like they didn’t take the time to put a good effort in it. And I haven’t been there in 2 months and a 1/2, come back and . My sandwich is it’s not worth the money. I got the Chicken Philly Sub, and I am coming to the conclusion that I don’t really like subs, or I have just had a bad run of them, Subway no, Cosmic Dave’s, no, and a hard no for Jersey Mike’s, the chicken was gross, and it went down hill from there. Saying that, I did not like this sub would be an understatement, no taste and no flavor. The staff was very stressed, and angry. The lead worker was unpleasant and rude. I will not be visiting this place again.

Everything was fantastic!!! The food was excellent and always is. Everything is made fresh to order. I ordered on the app and it was ready about a minute or two after I got there. Great service. And on top of it I got a 25dollar code for fanatics because of a promotion they had for being a Jersey Mike’s member. What a great deal!! I would highly recommend.
