I ordered my subs through Door dash so of course there was a little up charge of price. But regardless the two subs that’s I ordered the BLT and the Original Italian were amazing. Some of the best subs I’ve ever had. Jersey Mike’s will be my new go to Sub place.

Ordered an online order for curbside pickup. Email said it would be ready at 6:34. Waited in my car for 10 minutes after pressing “im here” and nothing. Had to get my kids out and go in to find out they hadn’t even started our food yet. Waited till 7 and food still wasn’t done while another couple came in ordered and got their food while I was waiting. I only ordered 3 sandwiches so wasn’t a large order or anything. I get things get backed up but being a half an hour delayed is insane and think my food should’ve been prioritized over someone who just came in.

Nice staff, new young lady training was very pleasant. I felt bad for her when the lady behind us was so snotty. People are Jenks.
We came for the Amherst clothing closet fundraiser. They gave 20% of sales!!
Our food was great.
Bathroom needed to be cleaned, but overall very nice experience.

Waited 20 minutes for 4 subs. By the time we got them and drove 15 minutes home, they were still warm but dripping and soggy. We had to wrap them in paper towels to “dry” them before eating.

It shouldn’t be an ask to label a gluten free sandwich, especially with the same sandwich being ordered in white bread. Ordered the sandwiches online and none were labeled. Nice to know I paid extra and left a tip for my daughter to be sick. The service is just getting worse, so maybe a location change is the move.

With a staff of 5 I was second in line with only 3 subs ordered at counter including mine. I waited 30 literal minutes for my Philly. They did so many online orders infront of mine cooking 3 at a time. Do not go there if you have a time crunch.

Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait since they do get slammed with orders, but it’s well worth the wait. I’d rather wait a bit than have some nuggets that have been sitting around for an hour. Everyone is always pleasant to deal with. Also, usually pretty darn clean in there as well! Used the restroom and cleanliness was easily a 9.98123/10

Very disorganized and not structured as to whole is first or last in line . Long wait and sandwiches were just ok. May go back but not thrilled with my first experience at the Amherst store
