First I love jersey mikes this was my first bad experience today jan 28 for lunch I had a pick up order for 3 subs 2 was fine but mine a “new” hot Italian sub it had so much Chile sauce the bread was saturated could not pick it up sauce dripping from it I tried to just eat meat but also had been drowning in this red sauce. Whole thing to trash. I won’t do pick up anymore only inside to see my sub getting made.

Came here today for the very first time. I am not impressed at all. There was no direction as far as being told that our subs that are cooked are prepared in the back and I thought it was at the station in front. I didn’t know that station was for cold subs. So when I asked for some cold toppings and dressing to be put on my sub after I apologized for the inconvenience, I opened my sub and just could not eat it because it was swimming and the bread was completely soaked. No response to my apologies or thank you’s. Looks of aggravation with me and like I was stupid. This was all by the heavy set girl working the front. I wish I could post a picture of the sub and show everyone. I tried to absorb as much as I could and eat it. It looks like wet paper and thin. It’s that soaked with dressing. It’s funny though because she was all kind of friendly and talkative to a guy that came in that was handsome. Lol. Otherwise, probably wouldn’t give her the time of day outside of being an employee here. Wish I could have received that kind of kindness and friendliness.

What a great sub! The next best thing to your neighborhood deli. I got the traditional Italian. Nice crispy crust on the bun,soft on the inside. Sliced to order salami,pepperoni, prosciuttini, cappocuolo, and provolone. I got the sub “Mike’s Way”which is zesty vinegar n oil with spices,lettuce,tomatoes, and onions. High quality ingredients goes a long way in a fantastic tasting sub. A couple of bucks pricier than some,but worth it.Jersey Mike’s Subs has a new fan here.

Was eating here everyday after it opened. Food wasn’t bad. Was over priced but the meat was fresh. On my last trip they used up all my reward points and charged me for the sandwich on top of it. When I went back in to have them fix my points they said they couldn’t help. The concept for the restaurant isn’t bad, just over priced filled with folks that shouldn’t be handling money or points.

I got a gaint sandwich from there last night. The steak wasn’t cooked all the way. Fist of all the place not clean employees had the back door wide open all outside plying some kind of game never washs hands before making the sandwich. second of all they gave me 2 different kind of bread for the same sandwich.
I ended up throwing it away. First time in that place never going back again.

Employees were practicing dancing in the dining room instead of working.. when they finally got behind the counter they decided to ask other employees about their dating life and football, cheerleading and dance.. do this on your own time not at work!!

I don’t know what has happened to this particular Jersey and Mike’s since they had originally opened. The first time I went, was approximately a year ago to now ((September 14th , 2025). We paid $17 for a giant sub and there very slim meat on it. We will not be back. That is ridiculous to charge $17 for what we got. The first time we went, it was loaded up. Keep ripping people off and they will not be back. My boyfriends comment was “That was the worst submarine he has ever had.”

To whom it may concerns this facility does not follow the franchise bylaws. I don’t think they’ve ever thawed out their chicken salad or even if they carry it stop promoting it there. they will ruin your sub if you don’t tip online.

JerseyMike’s is under new ownership & things have changed. I went for a “deconstructed “ sub & was told the roll would be considered a “cookie” & I would be charged extra for it if all other
ingredients were in a “bowl”. I asked if they could put the cheese on the roll & everything else in the container, that didn’tfly. I asked if they were charging me $1.25 for a container or the paper to wrap the bread in? I asked if I could bring my own container, nope. They kept saying, you want a “bowl” (apparently similar to Chipolte’s) & a roll, I said no, I want a sub with a roll & everything in a “to ho” container which i will gladly pay a small fee for; they just didn’t understand . I did this do we could enjoy the sub later & have done it numerous times in therecent past, so tge only explanation is new ownership.
I left with nothing.
