Extremely slow service, there were 2 people ahead of me and it took over 20 minutes for my food to be made. Asked for light lettuce and got what seemed like a pound of lettuce on the sandwich still. First time trying jersey mikes and will unfortunately be my last. Not worth it for the price of the sandwiches

Stopped by for the first time to this location. The service was fast, friendly and the food was as good as it always is. What set this location apart was the employee who was having a blast. He radiated joy and was so entertaining. Very much enjoyed his singing!

First time here, stopped in for some lunch today around 2:30pm. The staff helped me figure out how to order something that fit my current dietary restrictions. They were super friendly, super fast, and the food is fresh and good. If I am ever out this way again, I’ll stop here for sure.

Opening day and they were packed! Excellent service though and only waited 15 minutes from entry to exit, they were fast. Subs were amazing and the giant sized option is just that. It’ll feed you for all three meals in a day. Glad to have them in Defiance!

The staff was rude. Seemed like they were very bothered to have to make the orders. We never got asked what type of bread we want. We never got asked if we wanted any veggies on our subs. Multiple employees rolled their eyes when asked questions. The sub itself tasted fine. It could have been better if the bread was actually what we wanted. Might have even tasted better if it was made with less attitude. The restaurant was busy so it was crowded, but I don’t think it justifies the employees having attitudes.

Last two times I went here they made me a chicken steak when I ordered a regular steak.

I ate here for the first time about a month ago, the service and delicious wrap have cemented into brain! My son had just broken his leg and was in a sad mood. I feel that the employees there went above and beyond to help us to feel welcome and cheer him up. It was our first time at a Jersey Mikes and we LOVED it! Definitely a new favorite restaurant!

I ordered a #16 with no onions or peppers, i got the sub and when i got home the sub didnt have very much meat in it, it was more bread than anything. I have bought this giant sub many times and this time it was very skimpy on the chicken. I hope they do better next time especially for the price. Not sure if i will go back.
