Ordered 2 sandwiches for a 12:00 pickup. We’re ready until 12:22. Wouldn’t confirm that they had my order which I’d placed through the app. Chicken was dry, needed sauce or something that tasted less like yesterday’s leftovers. Very disappointed! Staff was non-responsive. No apologies for lateness. Worst experience ever at a Jersey Mikes!

Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.

The quality has fallen off a cliff sometime this year. This used to be my favorite sandwich shop but lately the service has been terrible. Today I spent 16 dollars for a large sub and the bread was hard and chewy and they forgot 1 of the 2 meats that’s supposed to be in a jersey shore favorite. I won’t be coming back here for a long time.

I’m hooked on Jersey Mikes, I regret all the years in my life that I missed out on it. So much better than Jimmy John’s or Subway. Service at this location is always friendly and quick, nice enough and clean to eat your meal inside.
