Dirty , nasty stop ordering online they are making the Uber Eats food on a dirty counter . They forgot to tell us they ran out of lettuce , didn’t cut the sandwich in half and poured vinegar all over it . I asked for a sub and a wrap got two subs without lettuce and vinegar . The meat is paper thin and nonexistent .This place is trash .My order was made online via the stores web site not Uber or DoorDash . This particular location has been falling apart for quite sometime and every time I go into this store it’s a mess . I realize it’s probably hard to find staff keep them and train them but this is ridiculous . They told everyone in the store they were out of lettuce then somebody brought a pan from the back . Maybe you need to stop in during the evenings or have a friend go in this is ridiculous , the store was definitely over staffed but how is it they can’t get the food out in the evenings .

Awesome place with super friendly employees most of the time. They are quick and clean. The food is fresh and is prepared right in front of you. There is outdoor and indoor seating available.

I mean they got it right. The sandwich the customer service today they were on it. As soon as I walk in young lady comes from the back and smiles real big you feel welcome right away good customer service the guy that made my sandwich repeated my order to make sure it was going to be alright and my orders complicated like oil and vinegar before Tomatoes type stuff. Very attentive and got my order right spread everything out so it wouldn’t be in one spot and wasn’t afraid to make the be in one spot. I like everything on it so it can be messy the gentleman did a very good job. Very laid-back but he got it done right. I think I seen the manager in the back but it doesn’t even matter what he was doing he was evidently doing his job well because this place was being run right. The sandwich was phenomenal. Making it the way I want and being nice about it and the smile I cannot complain at all better than the other Jersey Mike’s I have gone two. Nothing necessarily wrong with those stores this one just made you feel good!

I ordered two subs and one of them was a club, I got no bacon on it on it so let’s start there… half the meat on my sub was off the bread and just laying there. It was so sloppily made lettuce everywhere and 3 banana peppers. I get that sometimes places become busy but to not put half the stuff on the sub i ordered and then throw everything together is ridiculous, i won’t be coming to this location again. It was the african american with long dreads that just threw it all together. I’ve got pictures as well

That said I ordered 2 Turkey provolone wraps and 1 Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap. They gave me 2 Chicken Bacon Ranch which price wise would have been to my advantage but not when the person it was purchased for doesn’t eat Chicken It was too late to go back as it was close to close when I picked up. The tuna was also a little on the skimpy side based on previous items purchased for my mom. I will say this tuna received no complaints for being too wet. It is the perfect consistency and she said it tasted great.

This is a decent place for subs compared to other sub shops. They have a relax atmosphere and arent pressed to sell a lot of extra stuff. Its plain and simple and tu he menu is small and easy to chose from. Their artisan chips and soda are definitely a delicious and brilliant pair for the delicious subs. They cut the meat right in front of you which ensures freshness.

Usually a great experience. I ordered online like I always do. Paid for extra meat and extra cheese. Doesn’t look like I got extra of either. I get this sandwich all the time so I know. I asked for mayo and got none.
I am very disappointed. I picked it up and left and found all of this out at work. No way or time to drive back to the restaurant to get it fixed. So I am stuck with it today.
I still love Jersey Mikes but its much better at this location to just go inside and order.

Why give a tip if your order is always wrong. Another update. Simple Italian with oil and vinegar. Last week nothing was on the sandwich, this week lots of oil, no vinegar. Is reading a small ticket so tricky? But please tip!
