Pretty awesome subs! They support the local football team’s Football card and we went there because we bought the card for Westerville North and wanted to try them with a discount.

I had the #17 and added lettuce tomato and onions with Mayo. It is a hot steak and white American cheese with grilled peppers and onions. It was very well made. The wheat bread was perfect.

The hubster got a roast beef and turkey with bacon #9 and he added lettuce, onion, Mayo, spices and sauce. He was very pleased with his option.

We both agreed we would visit this location again. We ordered the regular size sub which was more than enough!

The customer service was superb. We were sitting inside waiting on our subs to go and the very kind lady walked them out to us.

The guys making the subs and working the grill were all friendly as well.

Kudos to this team who all seemed to work well together and enjoy having customers to assist.

I walked in , I wasn’t greeted. The food and service was just overall poor. I just will not return to this location. I could at least got a warm hello. Everyone was busy making food and being treated just like numbers smh.

i didn’t know what to get so i asked the worker and he said something about mikes way. I said yes to a “mikes way”and the guy, he had like brown spiky hair and light eyes and big ears or something like that and he took my sandwich to the back like he had plans. When he came back, it was wet, sad, and tasted of trauma.

Even tho they were extremely busy the staff was extremely efficient, nice and helpful which made what looked like a long wait go really fast!!
The store is clean and well maintained.

I always get my hot sandwich as a wrap, the chicken bacon ranch. The last few times it wasn’t good because the kid who usually makes it isn’t there all the time. Well he was today. Laeric is an excellent sandwich maker, he takes the time to listen, and builds a great sub with a perfect ratio or meats and toppings. When he makes a wrap you actually eat the whole thing and don’t have to leave the ends in your bag due to no toppings. That kid deserves a raise!! I’ll only order a sandwich from now on when he’s there. He’s also a great team member and communicates well with his team and helped when they asked in the past!!

I’m pissed. Asked for triple meat and was completely disrespected by a young blonde women with puffy hair. She looked at a male co-worker with an unfortunate frown out buzz-cut and laughed at me which struck me as odd. What did I do wrong? I just wanted protein. After that part of the line, the two workers went to the back and were whispering and I felt genuinely targeted. Do not plan on coming back until these workers are gone. Please apologize to me

This young man had a really rude attitude towards me when I asked for extra mayo. Just for description; he was a white male, maybe 5’9, short shaggy brown hair, and beady eyes. He rolled his eyes multiple times during my order, which made me cry in my car because I had already had a rough day. Please check with your workers and teach them about empathy.

Update: They changed.
Walked in 15mins before close. Body language and audible sigh from the shift manager clearly let me know they were done working. As they pulled all the food back out that was wrapped up give me know that he can make a cold sub but the grill was shut down. If it guys close at 8:45, just put a sign up.
DON’T EVER CHANGE!
You guys close at 9pm. So when I walk in at 8:20 and get service like this!…. I have to speak up. I hate places that close at a certain time but close everything up before hand (which is 90% of fastfood/fast casual places). Not only did they have what I needed (which required the grill), but they were happy to serve. It’s service like that that makes these property taxes worth it. Jersey Mike’s never fails.

Tried to place a delivery through the app today. After almost an hour it never showed. Called store and talked a female and the manager.

They said door dash cancelled the order after somehow picking it up twice They were both very rude and said it wasn’t there fault and there was nothing they could do. I explained I had been charged through their app and the manager said he just “had not gotten around to cancelling and refunding”.

So I was going to order for pickup, but found the rewards I had used on the order o didn’t get to get a fee sub were now gone. Again the manager said nothing he could do and would have to call corporate.

Overall they were just rude, indifferent and unapologetic. I don’t even blame them for DoorDash screwing up, but they offered no resolution and just dismissed me.
