Decided it would be a Jersey Mike type of day. I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, it had onions, peppers, mushrooms , jalapeños and white American cheese. It was cooked perfectly and wasn’t dried out like some places do. The bread was the Rosemary Parmesan which held the sandwich together perfectly. All the employees were super nice and helpful.

For a $16 sub I except it to be good and not burnt. Half the sub hadn’t meat and what meat was on there was burnt. This place has gotten ridiculous. I will never go back. I worked at the Gahanna location for years and we never sold something that looks like what they gave me.

I came in 10 minutes after my order pick up time only to find out my sandwich had yet to be prepared. Since it was gluten free they cleaned the grill and were just starting my sandwich. I have not had this issue at other locations. I waited for the sandwich to be cooked entirely. It wasn’t a terrible experience but there was no communication to the person preparing my sandwich that I was there waiting. He finished it and just placed it in the finished order pile instead of offering it to me. So I luckily was watching him a quickly had to go claim it, 16 minutes after scheduled pick up time. I just wish they had offered something for my wait because it was excessive based on previous successful visits to other locations as a gluten intolerant person.

my first time trying jersey mikes! i ordered through doordash and everything was correct + delivered fast! i got a BLT, but all the bacon was just crumbles, not strips like advertised. very messy, a little disappointing, but tasted okay

I absolutely LOVE coming to this location! I order online and I get exactly what I ask for every time. It is always ready for me when I arrive. They have the best roast beef around! The nice young lady who handed me my order (Kelly) made sure I had extra napkins like I asked for. The guy making sandwiches greeted me immediately upon entering the restaurant. I was in and out in just like 90 seconds. Took me longer to fill my drink…lol.

The staff was friendly but the grill service was horrible! I have been eating at this location since they opened over 20 years ago. My 56 was mangled and smashed. The cook forgot to read the ticket and had to go back to add bacon. This destroyed a very expensive sandwich. The middle 3rd had no bread in one piece. Just mush. This was one of 3 sandwiches, the others were fine.

Great spot for subs. We have been going there for years. Plenty of staffing changes which at times means the service is not up-to par. Most of the staff that have been here a while are good.
20210507: Update – Today went to get early lunch, but after I arrived the place was closed. Appears they are either permanently closed or renovating. Wish this was updated on Google Maps or online notifications. Called the number and no answer or message either.

I have ordered uber eats delivery from this location multiple times. Every single time I order the club supreme which in its description comes with mayo and bacon. I have never received mayo and bacon on it. They also miss the mustard every single time. I went to the store and ordered and started wrapping the sub without the bacon. I asked to have bacon added and they did so. Its included in the description of the sub. I have never even done a google review but my god what are you trying to pull? I love your sandwiches, just give me what I ordered? Especially when its double the cost on uber eats.

I had not eaten here for a pretty long time. Now I have been there 3 times in as many months. The quality out does any other sub place in the area. The staff are welcoming and the place is clean. If i had one gripe it seem like that manager is having to train some one new every day. The staff does have to have there hand held every step of the sub making process but I guess having a manager right over your shoulder cant be to bad because my sub always comes out perfect. Did I mention how clean the place is. And I never see anyone cleaning. Its like magic or elves or something but whatever it is, it makes for an enjoyable eating experience.

Although it was Superbowl Sunday (busy, busy, busy), the staff was extremely accommodating. Of course, the subs were delicious as usual! Although I normally order from their app which is excellent, I found ordering in the Sunbury Rd store location also extremely easy and pleasant.
