Food is always the same but the woman with tattoos all over her face and faded red hair was pretty unpleasant to work with and just threw my sandwich together like she didn’t care asked me what I needed when she wasn’t even at The order stand just screamed unprofessional and didn’t want to be there. I’ve always had a good experience at this Jersey Mike’s but now it seems to be going downhill. There was also a younger black man working who also didn’t seem to be enjoying being there. The atmosphere was just cold brash and unwelcoming it was also extremely dirty. I personally don’t have allergies, but they were items in the mayonnaise a bunch of leftover meat scraps in the deli slicer bread all over the place just very dirty. I’m more than likely just go a few extra miles to go to the other Jersey Mike’s from now on

Ordered a club supreme online with spicy dill pickle chips ,both which were obviously offered on the site. Get to the store to pick my order up for them to tell me they’re out of the roast beef needed for my sub and also out of the chips.. multiple times now they are out of product. Love jersey Mike’s but this location is very poorly managed.

Location is very crowded and crammed, not a very pleasant experience at all.. They might want to get some more friendly staff in there, all 4 of their attitudes were a 0/5, especially the chick with the dark red hair. Definitely shouldn’t be a face of your operation there. Move on to the next closest Jersey Mike’s, don’t let this location kill your opinion on the brand.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the wonderful team at Jersey Mike’s Subs on Schrock Rd. in Columbus, OH. I ordered a sandwich via DoorDash today, but when it was delivered, I noticed that the seal appeared to be tampered with and the sandwich wrapping looked like someone had opened it.
After calling DoorDash customer service and getting the runaround, I decided to call the store. A kind manager advised me to reach out to DoorDash for a remake. However, when DoorDash refused to assist, I opted to visit the store in person.
To my relief, the nice manager on duty remade my sandwich for free. I was so grateful, as I had a rough day and really needed a kind gesture. The sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

I got 2 subs to go from here yesterday and the woman at the cashier counter charged me sales tax which is only supposed to be charged for fountain soft drinks and if you are dining in and not for carryout on food and it’s agaisnt the law to charge sales tax for 2 subs for carryout so welcome to the neighborhood. This business is ripping customers off already and they just opened up a couple days ago. Also there was either a bone or cartilage in their chicken sub which was nasty. The IRS will have questions for this business soon
