Jersey Mike’s in Taylor Square.
Worker was ringing up customers with her gloves on, then she grab printer tape for the receipt printer and refilled it, I’m not done yet it gets even better.
Then she turns around and ask me what do I want on my sandwich and was reaching to grab the bread.
I stopped her told her to please change her glove. she’s told me that the paper tape was sterilized.
Needless to say I was watching, when it comes to my food I want to make sure no germs get on my sandwich.
If you’re touching the counter and the register and then you go to do something else with the same gloves and then you want to touch my sandwich.
That’s not sanitized.
But I must say this is the first time I ever had a problem at Jersey Mike’s I hope they get this corrected or I won’t come back no more.

Oh my goodness! My husband partakes in the Keto Lifestyle so he does bowls. JM offers their Sub in a Tub. Well whenever I see them I’m absolutely underwhelmed! Well that has changed and I hope it wasn’t a fluke! On December 12, 2025 later in the day say 5ish we placed an order at this location (we usually do Bexley) and I mean! His Sub in a Tub was glorious! Not the least bit skimpy. Very impressive! I know it’s probably weird to praise a food item but he has such a limited menu that we get excited when something works out. Kudos to whoever made it ☺️

My husband and I go to Jersey Mike’s pretty regularly, and he had the best famous Philly with onions he’s had in his life from the young woman who was working the grill earlier today when we came in. My Italian was great as well. Thoughtful service and clean bathroom! Will be back next time we’re in the area. Very positive experience.

I’ve ordered about maybe 4 to 5 times from this location three happen to be in person twice on the app. I don’t know what happened today, but I’m very disappointed. My sandwich had no mayonnaise on it and someone was extra heavy-handed like purposely put a lot of vinegar on my sandwich to wear. My sandwich was drenched. My bread was soggy. It was so overpowering I could not enjoy the sandwich and had to throw it away.

New location. Great. Same mediocre service. Placed an online order. Tipped two bucks. (Tipping is out of control. One feels particularly abused when service that’s not relevant turns into regret.) At any rate the online “special instructions ” were ignored and when I went back to obtain the addtl items requested. I get a snarkly response from the girl serving the counter as if “she” was inconvenienced. :/
I assume special instructions is in the app for a reason. The online experience is useless if it s missed or ignored.

I love Jersey Mike’s. The location is excellent, it is in a shopping center near other businesses you can walk to and visit. The Giant #9 is always a good choice. The staff were excellent, kind and friendly.

I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s all over New Jersey. But this one in Ohio was fan-freaking-tastic. The staff was so cool. Very friendly and so good at their jobs. Location was spotless, too.

Had a horrible experience at this location today. Ordered a Chicken Salad Sub which was basically all bread and no chicken salad. Called to speak with the manager who said his name is Nate, to see if a refund could be issued if I brought the sub back and he was very rude and just wanted to go back and forth. He said there was nothing he could do. Nate has horrible customer service and is very unprofessional

Absolutely wonderful to have a Jersey Mikes in Reynoldsburg. Excellent service and great subs. Lane is the young man that waited on me. Today was my second time to visit this location and he remembered my order from the first time I was there. I was truly impressed.

Got an Italian and got no prosciutto on my sandwich. If I’m paying $11 for a sandwich I at the very least expect all the ingredients on the sandwich. Ridiculous. Basically got an overpriced ham sandwich.
