Went in on their Day of Giving. At 1030am they were busy making subs for a huge order. Waited a bit to be served. Not an issue. Subs were delicious. Meats & veggies appeared fresh.

In the last month or so this place has gone down hill. I just waited over 20 minutes for a sub when there was only 3 people in line and no online orders. The sub was pathetic and hardly had anything on it. They didn’t cut it or wrap it well and the sub itself was sticking out of the bag. Use to be a good quality place to get food. Now it seems like there is a bunch of kids running the place and they clearly don’t care about quality. For the price you charge for a sub you need to up your standards. Guess I’m done going there. Horrible experience my last few time there. Won’t go again.

This location’s quality has suffered more than most other chains post-2021. Jersery Mike’s was THE sub place if we wanted something awesome albeit a bit pricey. This time we ordered two giant subs and threw them away after 2-3 bites. Every ingredient was either tasteless or unpleasant. The meat was dry and rubbery, the lettuce was slimy and brown, the cheese was like gooey water. I understand that inflation hurts and there need to be cuts, but I would greatly prefer a price hike to whatever we were just served.

This was my first visit here and I’m still not sure what to think so I think I need to try it again to be sure! First of all, there was a wide selection and variety of options! The food tasted great and was made fresh! I also like how quick my order was finished too! Not having a long wait is a bonus! Employees were friendly and made the environment a fun place to be! Prices are very reasonable as well I think.
