I was in there today. They looked short staffed but they were busting out orders really fast regardless. Every time I’m there the service is amazing. The workers really try and connect with the customers. This store has really amazing management and any time I’ve ever had an issue they go above and beyond to fix it. I will not go to any other Jersey Mikes besides this one.

This place is under new management and is a lot better.
However, they no longer let you heat up the cold subs.
This has basically ended my usage of them. They say “Hot Italian Subs”, but you literally can’t get a hot Italian sub.
They’re much better than they used to be, but this is a deal-breaker.

So, I’ve been going to this location since 2012. The crew that was in there through 2023 were always so welcoming and awesome. I really have no idea what happened in 2024 but all of those people are gone and they recently remodeled in early 2025. It looks amazing in there now since it has re-opened! It really does, but the team is all new (that I can tell). Now, my MAIN issue here (if you look at my photo) are the portions in 2025. This turkey and provolone is pretty much all bread with little in between. I counted just 3 slices of turkey on a regular sub at nearly $10. Please make sure you train your employees on portions because this will piss off A LOT of your customers. I have checked with other employees in other markets and they say this is a training issue. I never had one complaint in over ten years at this location, so it pains me to leave this review, but I want this to be better, so I will be happy coming back as much as I do. 3 slices!??!?!?

My goodness this place is very very slow. Waited in the lobby for almost 30 minutes for an order I was told was done. I didn’t see an adult in the entire place. Might be good to hire one to control the chaos that customers can see. After waiting almost a half hour, I was told it would be 3 more minutes as she was cutting it? Waited another 15 minutes. It’s a SUB. It’s not a homemade beef Wellington! Scared to ever order again for fear I might be late to my death.

I have been coming to this Jersey Mike’s for years now it has gone downhill since they switched owners. I just paid $30 for something that I didn’t think was a very hard order. I asked for no cheese and all my toppings in a separate container because I’m gonna give my sister dinner later, and I didn’t want the bread to get soggy Now it’s ruined and I don’t even feel like I can ask them to remake it because of the attitude. The girl was so nice the two guys just didn’t want to be there you can tell. I asked for a 26 no cheese in a bowl add hot sauce I didn’t think it would be hard to put into two different containers but apparently it is. Also asked for a mini six on white to be heated for my pregnant sister but was told they “no longer do that anymore” I truly don’t understand how they can tell a paying customer no but I definitely will never come back here again oh here’s the kicker I tipped them five bucks too it all should’ve went to the pleasant young lady

Been coming here for over two years now and randomly go to put in the order I’ve made multiple times at this location – come to find out they took the Club Sub off the menu. Why?? Makes absolutely no sense and it’s the only reason I ever go to Jersey Mike’s. Just when I thought this store was getting it together, they take off one of the arguably easiest items on the menu. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was greeted up on entry and watched as they were filling several preorders. The lady took my order and started on them. I watched as the gentleman putting my sandwiches together took pride in his work. I used to laugh when sub makers were called “sandwich artists” but he gave me a whole new perspective. He was meticulous making my subs. He loaded the toppings precisely, made sure what he was putting on them were not falling off, and that you would get all the toppings in every bite. He created masterpieces that looked great, not just thrown together and smashed down. I appreciate the care and concern he showed in his final product and these days, that’s hard to find. This location cares about their customers and their food.

I have ordered by phone probably 3x in the last month and a half the giant Philly cheesesteak and each time it was perfect, I ordered it with onion and mushroom tonight and there was more mushroom then meat and it had absolutely no flavor! It’s the first time I ordered online pickup, idk, maybe that had something to do with it! For the money it honestly was not very good at all! I agree that the prices are pretty high!
