Honestly one of the worst locations my husband and I have ever been too. I know Hopkinsville food places have gone downhill but geez. I’d trust the Antioch, Tennessee area more than Hopkinsville and trust me, that says a lot. When we visit Kentucky again we will definitely go out of our way to the Clarksville location. Soon as you walk in, you can immediately tell what kind of environment it is and the type of folks they prefer to cater too. Sad to say. Service was extremely slow as we were the only people in there at 1:30pm on a Sunday.

Like other Jersey Mike’s. Employees are friendly, subs made fresh, and how you like it. Sub had good taste. Reasturant clean and nice.

I have eaten at a lot of Jersey Mike’s if this had been the 1st I’d never eat there again. Sandwichs tasted way off and my son got sick after eating half of his. I do not recommend this shop at all.

I really like this place because of its excellent variety of fresh products, very good service, excellent prices, attentive staff, plenty of space, sufficient parking, and clean facilities. In conclusion, it’s a very pleasant place with a great atmosphere.

The only reason I give them a 4 is because one meal is around $10-12 which is a lot for just a deli/fast food experience to me. Everything else was great.

Jersey Mike’s Subs. Just absolutely a delicious treat. I was traveling through southern KY and happened to see a few of these locations and decided to come in to eat.

I got their signature, the Philly cheesesteak, just how they make it. It was by far the best Philly cheese I have had ever. The cheese was absolutely delicious and melted perfectly onto the meat. They slice all of it right in front of you and it just makes that fresh feeling all the better.

I don’t see how Subway stays in business with these here.

Had a overall fantastic visit to Jersey Mike’s. The sandwhichs were delicious and the workers were so friendly and helpful! We talked and cracked jokes as they were making my food which made it even more enjoyable! Thank you for staying consistent and not changing your quality of sandwiches even though costs and times have gotten tough! Will for sure be back!

Jersey Mike’s is usually my go-to spot for a great sandwich, but my recent visit was disappointing. When my boyfriend and I walked in, we weren’t greeted—just met with blank stares. I understand staff can be busy, but even after waiting in line, the employee taking orders walked away without acknowledging us, leaving us standing there awkwardly.

When we were finally addressed, we weren’t welcomed or asked how we were doing—just abruptly asked what we wanted. We ordered a Club Sub, but before we could finish, the employee rudely interrupted and told us to tell the next person our toppings. Once we got to the toppings station, no one asked us what we wanted; we were only asked if we wanted it “Mike’s Way.” I said yes, but specified no tomatoes.

While paying, we noticed tomatoes were being added anyway. I politely reminded the employee about my request, and she yanked the tomatoes off both sandwiches—leaving behind juice and seeds, which we had specifically asked to avoid.

As this was happening, the cashier raised his voice to ask if we wanted a receipt because we didn’t hear him the first time—likely due to being distracted by the other issue. When we finally received our sandwiches, they were missing bacon and mayo, despite us clearly ordering the Club Sub.

The service was poor, the staff seemed untrained on how to prepare the menu items correctly, and the sandwiches were not up to the usual Jersey Mike’s standard. It was an unfortunate and disappointing experience, and I truly hope the service at this location improves.

Philly steak & cheese & the Ruben were the best I’ve tasted anywhere. OMG!! I don’t even see how Subway, Fire House Subs or Jimmy John’s is even in business. The comparison is not even close.
