I had never had Jersey Mike subs before so I was eager to try when this store opened near me. I enjoy hot subs and loved the chicken with the peppers cheese and the flavor blend is great! I like that the sandwich is made fresh in full view. The staff is always friendly and personable and patient when taking my order. The store is very clean, neat, and organized.

Tried the club sub today (#8) at our new local location and it was great. Got to meet the manager and really liked the product. For years we’ve had sub par product in the area in relation to subs and this is a more than welcome establishment for good value food. There was a steady stream of customers while I was there.
The sandwich consists of rosemary parmesan bread, applewood smoked bacon, provolone cheese, turkey, ham, cold and crisp iceberg shredded lettuce, mayo, red wine vinegar, oregano and light spicy brown mustard. This cold sub was a great clash of flavors. Thank you for coming to Independence.

Absolutely the best location to get food. The service is absolutely impeccable, let me elaborate… I walk into the cleanest store I’ve ever seen in my 35 years of existence at 8:55pm. Thinking they close at 10 I’m just carrying on like nothing is going on. The young men behind the counter took my order made it with all the love in the world cashed me out and the entire experience was quick and efficient. As I put my seatbelt on and look back in the store, they are turning the open sign off and closing shop. They treated me like they just opened when they were only minutes from close. I asked a few times if I was supposed to be there and they emphatically welcomed me in. When I look back, I hate being the last minute chicken sucker for restaurants and I do apologize but their service was so good I couldn’t even tell it was closing. I commend all those young men for making me my food without hesitation. Every one of them deserve a raise for customer service. Y’all going places with those winning attitudes.

Been there a couple of times and I know the protocol how they operate at a Jersey Mike’s, and was not asked how would I like my sub in final preparation and was prepared however the employee wanted to make my sub. Make a long story short I had items completing my sub that I did not ask for and was totally saturated with vinegar destroying my sandwich. So my suggestion to the employee and the attitude presented, if you don’t like your job quit! Nobody is forcing you against your will to work at that establishment.

1st timer. App wasn’t available at this location. The very first sentence from the counter person was “we are out of the bread you want.” Tuna was uneventful, slightly watery. The top part of my sub bread was broken in two pieces. I think… one and done on Jersey Mike’s.

I came in today to pick up food before my shift. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, no tomato’s or lettuce. I came home and saw that the sub still had lettuce and tomato on it. I called to see if they could remake my sub because the lettuce was stuck to the cheese and it was not what I ordered. The worker on the phone Jordan, was rude. He told me that because I used my military discount that I wasn’t allowed a refund. I don’t see how that correlates but either way I was fine with just getting the sub remade. The problem is I was going into my nursing shift and I work 12 hours, I told him I couldn’t come back until the next day and he told me that they would not make it for me the next day. He told me that they would not give me a credit/ a gift card or remake the sub the next day. He told me I could only get it done that day or that was it. I received a sub that I didn’t eat, and was told I was out of luck basically. Terrible experience for a business that just opened. I love Jersey mikes, I’ll stick to the Florence location.

I ordered and they sure did take there time but they had gotten the order ring I ordered a chicken sandwich (mikes chicken Philly #16) and I got a 17 witch is a steak sandwich and I had to throw it away because I do not like steak on my sandwiches at all. It could have been a bad day but I will not be going back very disappointing.
