I Went here Sunday 1/11 ordered 2 subs, because Saturday’s (1/10) experience was very pleasant. Let’s say the vibe and demeanor is different on Sunday. I ordered 2 regular size subs one steak and one club. When I get my 1st sub I notice its a extra large.(i didn’t order that size) but no biggie right?., I told the young light skin gentleman I didn’t order those size subs but I’ll go ahead and pay for them. Drive 15mins home, my order on both subs are completely wrong. The toppings are wrong (they switch the toppings on the 2 subs) then turns out i Had 2 steak subs instead of 1 club and 1 steak. I try to call and dispute it over the phone but no answer. So I had to drive back. Once I arrived the place wasn’t busy at. One of the front workers who had finished up one my subs earlier asked what was wrong, I inform the young woman of the switch up and wanted to get new subs. Took a couple workers for them to understand completely of the mishap, but they was understanding and had no problem fixing the order and fixing my sandwich size to the correct size and refund me the difference. BUT THE YOUNG MAN WHO MADE MY SUBS ORGINALLY clearly was upset/mad because he screwed up the order. I kept seeing him speak to a young Asian female worker and looking at me. It took him almost 20mins to remake 1 sub(the other sandwich was quickly made and given to me by another worker) the young man who remade the steak sandwich slow walked and took his time to the point that I will NEVER go back to this location which is unfortunate because I been thrilled going there instead of drive 25mins to other locations. It was not even the slightest busy so him not making my sandwich was deliberate. When he finally brought me my steak sandwich I kindly said thank you and he would not look at me or say anything as if I did something to him. Who ever this young man is needs some extra training on customer service and how to right a easy mistake instead of making the business seem as though the workers don’t care. Again other workers there Sunday evening were great, they are young it seems. So maybe if I ever do choose to go back to this location I will go on Saturday when the workers are more intune with customer service. BUT NEVER AGAIN IF I SEE HIM WORKING WILL I GET FOOD FROM HERE.

I just wanna give a HUGE thanks to Jersey Mikes on bardstown rd next to Kohls of how amazing they did when ordering my daughter her gluten free celiac sandwich. They immediately wiped down everything even the meat cutter just to ensure no cross contamination of anything! Even took their time making her sandwich and labeling it in her own bag! They showed so much care and compassion we’ll definitely be going back again! again thank you to the amazing staff there today!

I go out of my way to stop at this location cause of the staff, everyone is always so nice & the sandwich’s are great as always. There is an older gentleman (not old but salt & pepper haha) who is always there when I stop in & he always reminds me what costumer service is about & I love stopping in before my bar shifts cause his kindness & humor puts me in a good mood. 10/10 my fave location.

Newly diagnosed with celiac disease so haven’t been able to eat out anywhere saw online they offer gluten free subs. Have never been to Jersey Mike’s so decided to see if it was true and check it out and my goodness!! Once I asked for gluten-free the staff was incredible. The gentleman working the slicer and the gentleman both changed their gloves and wipe down their stations even the meat slicer. They made my sub and made sure it was made correctly, cleanly, and that there was no cross contamination. This meant so much to me, for the first time in months i felt like it was safe for me to eat something that i myself didn’t have to prepare at home. This is was one heck of a first impression, and i can’t wait to go back!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s. What appeared to be the owner was helping a customer search for a lost purse by digging through the trash can. After touching the trash and bags, he went straight behind the counter, put on gloves without washing his hands, and started slicing meat for sandwiches. It was very unsanitary and concerning. On top of that, the store felt chaotic due to constant micromanaging, and the food did not seem fresh at all. Overall, a very unpleasant visit and not somewhere I’d return.

I am a fan of Jersey Mike’s but today was not a great experience. The manager that was slicing the meat was complaining that she should have already been gone, the person making the subs couldn’t get the bread right they made the wrong sub on one sandwich and went to the next person in line before finally correcting my sandwich. People were nice but just couldn’t get it together tonight. As I was being rung up the manager started telling the cashier everything was done incorrectly the night before in front of all the customers and more worried about getting her own sandwich than waiting her turn. Have no idea what we’ll have when we get home but will give them another chance to improve.

I can’t say enough great things about the New Jersey Mikes on Bardstown Rd. Their staff is amazing, great food, and their Manager Anthony runs an incredible store. He always has a smile on his face and greets the guests when they walk thru the door. Such a great store and the Best Jersey Mikes in the Louisville Area!

Both times I have ordered giant subs they have forgot to put something on it.
First time they did not put provolone on the sub.
Second time they forgot bacon.
Incompetent manager GEO is the one who made both sandwiches. First time it happened they remade the sandwich and let me keep the wrong one. Second time I drove all the way back up there and once I got there he requested the mess up sandwich back almost like he didn’t believe me. I told him last time I got to keep the mess up sandwich and got the remake for free for the trouble of coming back up there. He started laughing and said “Nah that’s not how it works” I told him to just give me a refund.
I won’t be going back up here again.

We were greeted when we entered even though there were already people in line. The food and drinks were delicious, the service was prompt, and the staff at this location are extremely friendly. We chose to dine in and enjoyed the positive energy. Will visit again!
