We placed a phone order, for carry-out. Picked up our order, and unfortunately did not double check that we were getting what we ordered. Got home, and this is not a #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. So we called up and started describing our issue. We were speaking to a woman, and as soon as we said there was a mix up, suddenly “the phone stopped working, and she could not hear us” this happened over the course or 3-5 phone calls. The lady even called us back still going “hello can you hear me” but never responding. So we waited 5 minutes and called in from a different phone number, the male associate we were talking to could hear us just fine, UNTIL we got across that we were calling about an order correction then we could hear the same lady in the background, and “suddenly” the male associate couldn’t hear us, and withing 3 seconds hung up on us…. This happened 11/18/2025 between 5:30 and 6:30 pm
So I called a 3rd time from a different phone number, this time using my iPad to record the interaction… again no problem hearing me UNTIL we got to needing a correction.

The food was decent. However, they were out of rosemary parm bread at 5:30pm. The store was absolutely disgusting. The tables were a mess and chairs were scattered. The floor had food, napkins, and big pieces of dirt all over the lobby. There was no tea, the drink machine was nasty, and the drink station had spilled drinks, sticky substances, and tops just thrown everywhere. We were not greeted when we walked it and there was only one person dinning in at the time.

Nice and tidy sub joint. There are lot of options to choose from. However overpriced as it seems to me. It’s like subway, but way much costlier. We ordered one ‘giant’ ( foot long in subway) philly cheese steak sub and shared by both of us. That was pretty heavy and filling, so 6-inch was enough for us. The bread choice options are limited, the steak amount was good. However the taste was not overwhelming, it was pretty boring to finish the entire. And we paid ~ 16.50$ for the combo meal ( including a chips and a drink). I felt that’s overpriced.

Went in at dinner time to order three sandwiches. I asked if they can toast them, the guy turned asked manager and we were told we don’t do that anymore? Proceed to continue with the order and everything we asked for they can’t do it or don’t have it…strange. My gut was telling me they probably started cleaning things and didn’t want to redo them, but they were open for another 3 hours.

I was very disappointed. I ordered my sandwiches and they got both wrong, after I explained what I wanted. Paid for what I wanted, gave me something else. Wrong bread, wrong sandwich, had an attitude when it came to adding topping on the sandwich, and to top it off, I got no receipt.
