Just like anything else in Meridian. The service is awful. Placed a mobile order at 7:15 and the pickup time was 7:37. I didn’t get my food until 8:05. People came in, ordered in person, and got their food and left before I got ours. (EDIT: they have reached out and are going to make it right for my family, 1 star to 3 stars for being accountable on service. The food was great even though service should have been better initially.)

I go here and get the #14 veggie sandwich, and EVERY time it’s freshly prepared, and Everyone is always polite and welcoming. I have seen the manager active and hands on and making sure customers are good. All the way around great service they have a great and well trained crew. 10 out of 10 !

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I work on the same strip as Jersey Mike’s, and I stopped in to buy a drink. I asked the young lady at the register if I could purchase one, and she informed me that the fountain machine was down. I said that was fine and that I would grab a bottled drink instead. She told me it was okay and that I could go ahead and get it. I even asked again to make sure, and she confirmed it was fine.
When I returned to my job next door, she came over looking upset and told me that “Jamie” said if I didn’t come back and pay, he would fire her. I was shocked and immediately told her I would come pay. She also told me she had offered to pay for the drink herself, and he refused and insisted I had to be the one to do it or she be fired
When I went back inside to pay, he began speaking to me and to her very unprofessionally in front of customers, clearly trying to embarrass both of us. He then told her to give him my receipt and clock out, and she left in tears.
This was extremely unprofessional management behavior, and no employee should be treated like that over a simple misunderstanding.

The smell once you enter Jersey Mike is beyond unique..it’s almost like someone is baking fresh from the oven bread mixed in with the sizzling smell of meat as it hits the grill.. I can’t even describe it.. I wasn’t hungry before I went in, but while I was there waiting for my son’s order to be ready..ya’ll I promise you my mouth started watering from the smell alone. Everyone was so courteous and so helpful that I hope they stay that way.. so I leave with the hope that we support this business and that they keep that delish smell coming.. and I am out!

I’ve been coming here since the opening (I come about once a week) and I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience. The staff are always polite, friendly and very professional. To be honest it’s quite refreshing being that most of them are young I’m genuinely surprised because most other establishments with workers their age are the total opposite. I’ve recommended this place to multiple people and will continue to do so. Thank you Jersey Mikes for an always great experience.

Ordered a sub they sent the wrong sandwich then refused to refund or take this garbage turkey sandwich they made me back put vinegar on the turkey. Manager was a rude unhelpful jerk blaming other people for their mistakes. Not going to this garbage chain anymore.
