These subs are good. Not really any better than other sub shops, but all sub places taste different from each other, so it really depends on what you are wanting. Location is clean with nice employees.

The last few subs I have bought have been pitiful nothing like the photos this last time I bought the big kahuna steak sub with extra meat and cheese just to see what that would get me and there was barely enough steak for the bread and instead of the lettuce tomato and onion being put on top they put it on the bottom which made the lettuce sour.
Might I suggest the Jersey Mikes watch some videos of what cheese steak subs should look like instead of the all bread subs they are selling for prime rib prices. People are better off at sub way much cheaper with the same quality

First time at this location, only been to Jersey Mike’s in other states. Great fast, friendly service. And high quality food. Clean restrooms and dining area. I’d definitely go back for another lunch, or possible dinner next time.

Third time in a row, ordered online, went to pick up and no order. Again told, we made it, someone must have taken it. They reprinted receipt and said they would remake, after other orders were made. Waited 30 minutes to remake, they messed up two sandwiches, left out a third, but, hey, they did get 2 right. And they picture is a $10 chipotle chicken bowl. At this point I would say the worst restaurant in town and am probably giving too much credit!!!!

Edit: I tried to order online again, noted in both of the note sections I wanted light mayo and mustard. As per my picture, they gave me extra mustard, no mayo, and no oregano. I’m done with this place. They can’t follow instructions

I’ve had a few issues with my food here when we have mobile ordered. One time I got bowl, they put it in the bag upside down with the other sandwich I ordered. The lid also wasn’t on all the way so when I took it out, the bowl exploded everywhere. Thankfully they agreed to remake it for me. Then today I ordered a club bowl. It felt light and I noticed they forgot the bacon, mayo, and extra meat and cheese that I paid for. I called to ask for a refund and the girl I spoke to was nice and apologetic and issued the refund for me. Lastly, every bowl I get with mayo and mustard is always drowning in the condiments, so now I have to ask for light sauce in the special instructions. The food is good, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle of never knowing if your food will be made right. I might have to go inside and order in person to make sure my food is made correct from now on, which sucks and is less convenient. They do always fix any issues though so that’s nice

These guys went above and beyond. It was 10 min before closing and we offered to go somewhere else cause it looked like they had started cleaning, but they said no problem at all, and still made our sandwiches and made recommendations too when we asked. They were the nicest people. Will absolutely come back just because of the service.

Placed an order on phone with staff to be picked at noon today 10/12, paid for it at that time as well. Went to pick up the order, it wasn’t ready and hadn’t even been started. Had a function scheduled for 2pm, it’s after 1 already, hubby had to wait 45 minutes to get the order!! No apology, no compensation, even a drink while waiting!! Poor service, 2nd time this has happened. I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future. Maryville, TN

I usually come in the daytime and everything is usually fresh. I recently visited in the evening and wish I wouldnt have. Between the unfriendly worker and lower quality of the food, i do not believe i will be back. There was only 4 pieces of roast beef and 3 slices of cheese on my regular roast beef and Provolone.. In the daytime the sandwich is so full of meat and cheese, thats what hooked me in the beginning. Very disappointed.

Top notch subs, always consistent food quality and friendly staff. I ordered my lunch online and was so glad I did, the line stretched to the door and no available tables. I prefer Jersey Mike’s over most other sandwich shops, can be a little more pricey but well worth the price.
