Terrible. This is a Jersey Mike’s problem. Pretty much everyone can agree that Jersey Mike’s [used to have] has great sandwiches. I go to Jersey Mike’s regularly for lunch, and even my previously awesome store very recently cut the amount of meant and cheese down to about 25% of what it was previously. I also frequently travel and will stop at Jersey Mike’s of there are any on the way. Here is a picture of the $11 sub I just received from Lenoir City, TN. I feel like my reviews are going to become specifically focused on calling out terrible Jersey Mike’s locations.

Been to this location twice now and pleasantly impressed both times. The amount of food given in TN vs CO is insane. The bowl I got for gluten free was double the size and loaded.

My wife and I stopped by for a sandwich on the way back home from a late doctor appointment in Knoxville, Tennessee. The sandwichs were soaked with oil and vinegar and seemed to be wet with water as well. We love jersey Mike’s and may try the one in Maryville, but will not be using this location again. Both employees did not seem as though they wanted to be there, particularly the cashier, not friendly at all. We were extremely disappointed with the attitude and service.

Possibly the worst experience I have had to date anywhere. Staff was more concerned with filling catering/online orders than taking care of the people in front of them. I am pretty sure my sandwich got switched with one for a DoorDash order. I ordered sandwich on white bread and got one on Italian bread. Not going back for sure.

Had an absolutely unhinged experience in this location today. Ordered a sandwich online on gluten free bread. Arrived on time to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. I waited ten minutes and then politely inquired and was told it would be a few more minutes. After 20 more minutes they brought me a bag with a tray in it consisting of a pile of meat and cheese. I asked “what is this?” They said “we’re out of gluten free bread.” They hadn’t planned to tell me that… they were just going to send me out the door with a tray of meat and cheese. Nothing remotely resembling the sandwich I had ordered and no refund for the gluten free bread ($3.00 upcharge) offered.
I asked for a refund and no one in the store knew how to process one on account of the fact that no one in the store had worked there more than 2 weeks. After calling the district manager, I finally left with a refund, no food, and forty five minutes of wasted time. Not even so much as an apology.
Will avoid this store and all Jersey Mike stores going forward.

Manager was taking orders very rude.Ordered chicken Philly on wheat wrap came on wheat bread. Didn’t want to deal with his attitude ate just the some of the chicken it was over cooked and tough. Also had a chicken Philly in a tub .It was the same way. We go to Jersey Mike’s in Pigeon Forge and have nearly 4k shore points So we know how good it can be.
