We decided to order a pickup order on the app last minute due to the incoming weather. Our food was ready to go in the time it took us to leave Food City and get to the restaurant. It was large portions and tasted great! So glad to have a Jersey Mikes in Jonesborough now.

I love Jersey Mikes and desperately want this store to succeed and be great, but holy crap, they are not making it easy! Living in western Jonesborough, this store if far closer than the Kroger’s location in JC.
NEWER UPDATE:
Since ordering on the app doesn’t work well (see my review below), I went into the store 2 days ago to order in person
I noticed as they were making what I thought was my sandwich, it was not the bread I had requested. I asked ‘is that my sandwich?’ He said yes. I told them I had ordered the Garlic Parmesan bread.
So what does the guy making the sandwich do? He gets the right bread, then scrapes off all that he had made on the wrong bread, including the mayo, and tries putting it on the new piece of the proper bread.
As you might imagine, it was a complete mess. The ingredients were everywhere and a mess. I said ‘Sorry dude, I don’t want that sandwich.’ He reluctantly agreed and remade the entire thing.
Ya just can’t do this type of thing!
PRIOR REVIEW:
I do not recommend ordering a To-Go order from the app. We’ve consistently had sandwiches not made with what we have requested. Additionally, we have added a tip when me made the order and that’s clearly a mistake to get sandwiches not made to order.
If you order a sandwich, it seems as though they just make the basic sandwich. They do not follow your other checked boxes for items like mayo, pickles, peppers, etc.
Although I love Jersey Mikes, this has only happened at this new store (Jonesborough) and it’s a waste to get a take-out order and then get an improperly prepared order.

ANY place that’s new needs a little time to get adjusted. The people were nice, the order was correct, and if you’ve ever been to a Jersey Mike’s, then you know the cold cuts are great! Personally I don’t think you should be able to leave a review for a new establish until they’ve been open for a few months. Give them time to adjust.

Ordered pickup. Completed on time. The size and portion was bigger than expected. The quality was pretty good. Ordered the club and the bacon was pretty crispy. I will definitely recommend and will return.

I do not recommend doing order pick up at this location. We love Jersey Mikes and were very excited for a location closer to us. I placed a pick up order and arrived after the time they said it would be ready. I waited in the completely empty store for 15 minutes while three employees sat at a table talking and drawing pictures on an order pad. I finally walked over and ask about my online order. They said oh it looks like your order has been sitting behind the counter. They then had me get my own chips and cups while they finished packing the order. To make matters worse, my husbands hot sub was now cold and my salad didn’t have any dressing on it at all. This was a terrible experience at a new Jersey Mike’s location in our town. We were extremely disappointed with the poor service and disappointing order accuracy.
