First time visiting this location. The team was very busy, and had some not-so-friendly customers, yet they stayed professional, courteous, and above all they all were practicing good food safety. Very impressed with the leadership and teamwork. Keep it up!

They got my order perfect exactly the way I wanted it. I got the food fresh and hot and most importantly it was extremely delicious. I got the Southwest Chipotle steak sub and it was the best sub around especially for the price.

The three young employees were fabulous ! Helpful, and joyful. Rare these days. Daniel was one of their names, and a young lady and the young sandwich cook were all personable. And the sandwich was great. 5 stars.

I can tell there were alot of brand new employees. Jasmine as the meat cutter was very professional and knows her job. But the other three…. the one prepping the subs (slow like a turtle) had to tell him three times what to put on my sub, the one cutting the sub, hands in her hair, chewing gum not professional in my opinion. Now for the cashier fluttering around had to ask to cash out she didn’t know what to ring up, didn’t ask if I was a reward customer, was on her phone texting (when there was a line ) she had no smile, basically no customer service. Come on cashier you are the last employee a customer deals with. Empress the customer to come back just a suggestion.

I just wanted to say that my family has loved Jersey Mikes for YEARS it’s definitely a household favorite, but after my pops passed it’s been extremely hard to eat here. It’s been about 4 years since I’ve ate here, I recently became pregnant and have craved nothing but Jersey Mike’s, so I decided it was time to grab me a sub, I didn’t realize how hard it would be to walk into the building but I did it anyway, as I’m trying not to cry, because of so many hormones and memories replaying, the entire crew consoled me, making me feel comfortable and acknowledged. None of which they ever had to do. They literally took the time out of their busy day to make me feel validated. And I would just like to say thank you! This speaks volumes of what kind of crew is at this specific location. They should most definitely also be valued as an important part of this team! And I hope each and everyone of these members have the greatest life <3 thank you! Also the sub was always a 10/10 absolutely delicious!

We have purchased food now for the 3rd time and this time was the worst. I am unable to eat jalapeño peppers and we ordered online and mine was loaded. No satisfaction from the Volunteer Parkway location. Said they would take my name and I could come back another time. Does not help with my dinner which is ruined tonight. Thanks for nothing. Would love if the actual owner reviews this.

I went in here on Tuesday afternoon for lunch. I LOVE Jersey Mikes, so I was looking forward to eat here on my way to Nashville! Unfortunately this was the sketchiest place I have been to.
The second I went through the door, you could see the employees scurry to the back and hide, avoiding to take my order. Eventually someone came to take my order but it was honestly ridiculous to see people not wanting to do their jobs when it was a pretty busy there.
I ended up ordering a Number 13, my go-to, and the preparation looked pretty standard. There was a good amount of ants on the counter while checking out and it is alarming to think these bugs can be in my sandwich as they are so close to the peppers. I might be getting extra protein in my food, if you know what I mean. Be aware if you go here.
Overall this place was a pretty normal JM except for cleanliness issues, inattentive staff (I mean, they didn’t even pick up the phone until the last ring), and some quality control problems. Would not be stopping here again if I had to. I think I will go to Subway at this point when I drive back home.

My daughter went in and ordered two of the
Big steak subs she asked for no green pepper on either one of them but one of them had green pepper all over it and then had the nerve to overcharge her, just a bad experience overall We normally have a better service there, but not this time and The food was terrible. I tried to call and talk to the manager, but no one would answer. I called from 8:30 PM to 9 o’clock. No one would answer so then I called around 915 and that’s when I noticed they were already closed..
