I went there today around 8:30pm and had a great experience. There was only two workers in the store and they were doing an awesome job under very busy circumstances. They let us know it’ll be a few minutes since they had a few orders ahead, I told them I completely understood and waited. I want to say these two workers were amazing and great at getting my large order processed as quickly as possible and were so polite during the whole process. I wish I had their names but overall I was so pleased with my food and service .

Called order in. Got there and they said they had no call ins. Verified it was their number and showed them where i had called them on my phone. They said it was their number. I Had been given total as well when I called in. So was going to order then but the lettuce was completely rotten and when I ask if they had fresh he looked and said it all looked that way. So I declined to order becuse no telling if any other ingredients were any good. Left and went to Ooltewah location. All ingredients were fresh there and the total was exact same as I had been quoted at Gunbarrel even though no one claimed to have taken my order at the Gunbarrel location. Won’t order from Gunbarrel location again. I can’t believe anyone would order there after seeing the rotten lettuce.

I order the sub yesterday I ordered big kahuna steak #56. Supposed to have grilled onion, peppers , mushrooms and jalapeños. I ask for no jalapeños. When I got the sub omg. 2 pc of small mushrooms n few small peppers in whole giant sub I don’t c any onion I love my veg but can’t find except few small pc. I was so sad U guys alway so good but not this time I was really sad

I love this location! There is always the same lady slicing the meat and cheese there and she’s always so sweeet, even when she is busy. Everyone is nice there and it’s always been clean when I’ve been there.

I grabbed a sandwich to go today at 8:05 (closes at 9). The staff were already cleaning the back, mopping, and putting things away. I’ve worked in restaurants and completely understand getting a start on cleaning, but the staff completely ignored another customer and I for almost a full minute and focused on cleaning. I asked one of them when they closed to confirm that I wasn’t being the worst, but he confirmed they did not close till 9 and kept mopping. After two minutes they finally asked what I wanted, but both staff members made me feel like I was a terrible inconvenience for ordering a sandwich. I would get it if I’d come in five or ten minutes before close, but it was almost a full hour before. I am pretty sure they also charged me for a full meal rather than the individual sandwich (no drink) that I got, but I can’t confirm this and could be wrong. Again, I understand cleaning up early, but was made to feel terrible for ordering from this place and so I don’t recommend going.

Second time I’ve been disappointed by this location. I added pics and they should tell it all. I ordered through grub hub and the bread threw me off it was so white and it doesn’t look like it was baked all the way. The bread was so soaked from the vinegar that it stuck to the paper. I’m definitely contacting Grubhub to get my money back. I will not order from here again. I tried to call but nobody answered between 7:30-8:50pm Please management reach out to me because y’all need to do better

Paula is an exceptional Mgr! They were slammed and she never raised her voice. When the Cashier got behind she got to a stopping point fixing the bread and meat and she started building the sandwiches. She was so fast!!!!! We were standing in line talking about how fast she was and how together she had it. She’s a good Mgr. and she took care of her team. You rock Paula!!!!!

Drove out of my way to get there first of all because I was craving a big kahuna! Go in & immediately go to the restroom to wash my hands. As soon as I turned the light on the biggest roach I’ve ever seen crawled in front of me. Needless to say I didn’t order anything. #stillhungry

Wash your hands after you change restroom trash can. It’s not sanitary to touch sandwiches without washing your hands.
