If you want to keep a happy relationship with Uber and DoorDash drivers that bring more customers to you, You might not want to get nasty about them Asking if they can grab their customers order that they can clearly see sitting on the counter, rather than waiting on your line of customers to deliberate and decide what they want Before you get around handing them the order That’s already made and sitting there… A lot of restaurants are considerate enough to provide a separate Shelf where you walk up and help yourself to your customer’s order, So that we don’t have to disturb the regular customers, but also don’t have to wait unnecessarily When we are not paid by the hour

Josie is the best! I loved Jersey Mike’s all throughout my pregnancy and got to know the staff during the time we spent there. We’ve loved getting to show off our newborn and building a relationship with the staff. We will drive out of the way always just to see Josie and the team❤️

Purchased 3 sandwiches in the app on Wednesday 11/12, picked up order and one sandwich had a long hair in it. Called and spoke with assistant manager Justin who was very rude and told me he was not going to do anything about it. A manager named Cam was supposed to call back but never did. Highly disappointed with this location, have been going for years but I will never be back.

My first time at this location. Quite didappointed Cashier/order taker was apathetic at best. My “wheat” bread was white. Both our bread was undercooked. (Probably the same batch… despite my asking for wheat and her asking for white.) Her ranch dressing (extra) wasn’t included. Maybe, its the new normal to just expect people to screw up your order every time.

Soooo dirty! Absolutely filthy store. All tables and chairs dirty. Bathrooms filthy with no towels or working air dryers. We were the only customers in the store. 3 people that I could see on the clock. One standing around doing nothing while the other 2 made my order and checked me out. The one watching SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANING! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the sandwich was ok. They got my bread wrong but meats, etc correct. Will not return to that nasty place again. Jersey Mike’s corporate would be very upset to have their name associated with this location.

I’ve been craving a tuna sub and I decided last minute. I arrived 10mins to closing, Alley and Drew were very friendly and took the time to make my sandwich while cleaning. The sandwich was delicious of course and I’ve decided to make it my weekly purchase because it’s that good.
