I use to love eating at this location, but the customer service was very subpar during my last visit. I requested oil & vinegar on my hot sub at the last minute & could tell the employee was aggravated. She never acknowledged my request, just grabbed the ticket & updated without saying a word. When I got home & opened the wrapper, it was covered with hot relish spread everywhere with the most potent taste of vinegar I’ve ever had on a sub. The bread was so soggy, the sandwich was falling apart & I had to trash more than 1/2 the sandwich. I assume this was the workers way of punishing me for requesting oil & vinegar after she had already wrote the order for the grill staff.

Sooo I went in and was the only one. I went up to order. Asked for a 13. The guy acknowledged me then walked off. So I sat there thinking he was going to get something. Then he and 2 girls come back and just start making a ton of random subs that aren’t mine. I think, ok, they’re busy. So I let them work for 10 minutes. They never once acknowledged me waiting there or anything. I go up and say are you gonna make my sandwich or what? The guy just says oh I’m sorry man. Like I get being busy but they were making food for Uber eats and whatever else. You serve the customer first who’s there. Always. Even if you don’t do that you at least acknowledge a man who’s been waiting there for 10 minutes. Never going back there again with those clowns who were working. Maybe in a month when they get laid off for being horrible at their jobs

Not impressed at all. The guy fixing my sandwich was very pleasant but the man that grabbed my bread initially, no! And the cashier was an ever bigger NO! The bread was so hard that you’d be charged with assault with a deadly weapon if you threw it at someone. It didn’t taste good at all. The only good item was my lays potato chips. I was from out of town so I wanted to grab a decent sandwich from where I typically frequent, but man! Never again. If this is someone’s first time trying JM please avoid this location and go to a different one. They are usually great!

The man that is always there taking orders is so rude every single time I go in to this location. He rolls his eyes at me every time because the sub my kid wants isn’t on the menu. He charges me for the most expensive sub every time even this I only have two things on the entire sandwich.

I am pregnant so unable to eat deli meat unless it is heated first. I asked if they could put it on the grill so I could safely eat it and they said no. They dont do that and they won’t. Just crazy that they are unwilling

Wasn’t what they advertise. My first mistake was ordering online. My sandwich had about 2 slices of meat and barely a piece of cheese. Will not be going to this location again. I will be at Jimmy John’s. Do not order online if you want more in your sandwich….

This place is a complete joke in customer service. I placed a phone order and called back to confirm the order. The young lady an attitude and was rude. I apologise to her for disturbing her.
I walked into the establishment and the man at the register didn’t knowledge I was standing waiting to pay. He immediately took the gentleman that had just completed his order.
A black African American asked me if I was picking up an order. The first person to notice I was standing waiting to be helped.
I gave her the information then the man at the cashier wanted to help.
After paying I asked for manager which is Richard.
Now I see why the lady that answer the phone was unhappy. I asked Richard if I could speak with him. He rolled his eye at me.
Walked over and stated yes. I explained the telephone situation and I called back to confirm. He immediately caught an attitude and stated we don’t call back order. I said I didn’t asked that I call back to confirm please advise if I am wrong. I stated to Richard I see that this is not a concern to you. Richard stated I’m listening to you. I stated no problem, who is the GM of the store Richard stated I am.
Thank you Richard for showing me how you value your customers. Thank you for being rude and disrespectful to your customers.
If you want to be treated with respect and acknowledge for being a customer stay far away from this location.
