Highly disappointed!!
I called and asked if cheese goes on the tuna because that’s what I wanted. I was told, YES!!!
He asked me my name and I told him, that I was doing delivery through Door dash. I was going to have a long work day and I wanted something good for lunch. I continued and place my order.I didn’t get what I ordered through the app at all. The provolone cheese and chop peppers were missing. Very disappointed.

Stopped by chipotle for dinner and walked out after they were out of everything. Saw this jersey mikes close by and I’m glad I went in!

The food was fresh and the staff was friendly. Most importantly they were stocked with product.

Thanks for saving dinner!

We were driving through and specifically searched out Jersey Mike’s because they have gluten free options. As soon as we entered the employee was completely overwhelmed and we were told cold subs only because they were too busy from online orders. We are literally standing in the lobby and told they were too busy basically. There were only 2 employees there and the female yelled at the guy that she was done and taking a break leaving us and other customers standing. Why would there be only 2 employees working on a Friday night at 7pm? They place was disgusting….we left without service. Just drive the 3 miles to another location!

We wanted something different for dinner tonight. Went to Jersey Mike’s. I got a ham and cheese regular size sub. Pretty good. I think it’s better than Subway but not quite as good as Jimmy John’s. It’s all pretty close, though. The parking here isn’t too bad. There are plenty of spots, but you have to cross over a parking lot stretch to get to the door that people park in or fly right through. Definitely look both ways. The staff are nice, but they seem confused, and I have to repeat myself a lot for the order to get done right. I would go back again, but there are some other places that I would go to first. Good food, but not an experience where I was wowed.

I asked the guy working if my online order was ready, And he said that the girl working with them was still finishing it. Brown guy w a beard was asking sarcastic questions for 10 minutes, and the whole time my order was already finished in the counter. Used to think Jersey Mike’s was a higher quality, but this really brought it down a few notches.

Yeah, it’s “just a jersey mikes”: nah, this location is an absolute masterclass in the value of doing simple things the absolute best that they can be done. Well done team. I don’t know where they find these people and how they train and manage the team, but these guys crush it.

This popular deli shop is located in a busy neighborhood shopping center anchored by a well known Sprouts Food Market — facing Highway 96 or Murfreesboro Road as its known locally. There are a few small tables and chairs for a modest seating area. I imagine most people will order and take out.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is very basic and focuses on subs — made to order — or by following the robust menu options. You stand at the “counter” and watch them make your order. You pay immediately and they now “offer” you an option to tip them as you cash out.

Quality is typically consistent — using fresh baked bread — and hand cut meats and cheeses. The server was friendly and didn’t appear rushed or distracted. The ambiance of this location has been upgraded in the last couple of years with decorative and creative elements adorning the walls that pay homage to the early days of the chain.

Great staff, clean looking restaurant. Plenty of seating, but also easy to grab and go. Love the remodel. Will go again if I am in the area

I stood at the counter waiting to order, while ALL THREE of the kids working behind the counter gabbed with each other. I thought surely when they notice me they’ll take my order, but nope. I was the only customer at the counter. It was like they couldn’t care less. As I looked for a table, noticed they were all dirty. Ordered the turkey & provolone Mike’s way and it had zero flavor. Won’t be back

The young male working the slicer was rude for absolutely no reason. I don’t look for trouble, or have the personality of one to complain. Not a welcoming experience at all.
