We ordered out tonight, and I am NOT impressed! I ordered the Cold Club Sub, house made minus tomatoes. The amount of salt is insane!! I could not eat more than a few bites. I have never tasted that amount of salt on anything, most definitely not within 1 bite! I hope this is a 1 time occurrence. My wife loved her sub but also excluded salt from hers.

I went in yesterday to pickup a mobile order and realized I sent the order to a different location. I told a nice guy at the counter my situation and he was kind enough to actually call the other store to see if the order could be transferred to the store I was at. I think it was already made but he decided to make it fresh for me and send me on my way. He could’ve easily said I’ll have to pick it up at the other location but he took care of me and made an amazing portabella cheesesteak in less than 5 minutes! And let me tell you it tasted even better than it looked. Such a nice guy. I would’ve tipped him some cash if I had any.

Check that you got the right sandwich before you leave. They effed up my online order and my husband didn’t feel like driving all the way back to get it fixed. He got a big kahuna and I got a chicken philly. They gave us 2 Big Kahuna’s. I can’t eat those so I didn’t eat. Pay attention to what you’re doing people. Especially since prices are so ridiculous. At least be responsible and accurate.

I love this location 90% of the time. Today I came in to order one sandwich, another customer in front of me had four complicated sandwiches, I stood and waited for 18-20 minutes before they got to my sandwich. This has happened before but not to this extent. Please, if someone has one sandwich to grab another employee and help them on the line! Other than this I’m totally satisfied.

Great Food just way overpriced. Subway will save your pocket a little. Jersey Mike’s will Taste Better. Depends on your priorities. Dinner with Family is more important than what I eat for lunch. So I do what I have too. Eat cheap or not at all. Most places are outside what I’m willing to take off the Supper table. Bidenomics isn’t working. Lunch should equate to a fair percentage of your possible income. Lunch used to equate to 15 minutes labor now it’s over an hours wages. Obsurd

Nice and clean interior. Friendly and prompt service. The sandwiches are delicious. JM’s also gives more meat and the meat is better quality than most other fast service sandwich shops. Toppings have always been fresh too. My favorite sandwiches here are Italian and The Big Kahuna.
