Order weekly from door dash big jersey mikes fan used to drive to Huntsville to get it was super stoked when we got one! Today I ordered my normal famous Philly no peppers or onions extra steak extra cheese, it’s actually on my order again if that tells you how much I frequent. Order came incorrect checked the receipt everything was right made a claim with door dash they offered me five bucks and reordered that’s how much I like it. Second was the same was again receipt correct no peppers or onions door dash again offered 5 bucks. My wife calls the store asked to speak to the manager and she told her that she must not know how to use door dash properly. When my wife offered to send her screen shot and pictures of receipt she said mam I’m not going to help you if your upset! Kristen should not be a manager actually she shouldn’t work in the public she has more of a debt collector vibe! Called to get the managers name to report to corporate and spoke to Carla she’s great she fell over herself apologizing I said no big just wanna make sure people know how bad Kristen’s service is 60 bucks worth of sandwiches I won’t eat got 10 bucks back jam up job Jersey Mike’s of Albertville really ,wish I could leave zero stars!

OUR experience was very good! My wife had the chicken bacon ranch, and I had the club. Everything was super fresh! The staff was very friendly, not only with us but other patrons in the store. If you order the “giant” size just know you will have lunch for the next day as well. It is MORE than enoughfor one person! We’ll be back!

Everyone was very welcoming, my first time in they helped explain the sizes the menus. Even helped me save lots of money on my food and showed me how to set up their app to earn points!

I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s in Albertville! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the ladies even offered me a free sample, which was such a nice surprise. She also recommended something from the menu, and I’m so glad I took her advice—it was absolutely delicious!
I wish I had gotten her name because she was so sweet and really made my visit special. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality these days. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location for both the service and the food!
