My first experience with Jersey Mike’s franchise left a lasting impression. I can confidently say that I’ve found a franchise business I truly enjoyed. The sandwiches exceeded my expectations, far surpassing those of Subway. The bread itself was a delightful indulgence. One standout feature was the personalized service – witnessing the ingredients being sliced right in front of me. No reheating here; they expertly cooked the food on griddles. The staff was not only polite but also incredibly welcoming. The camaraderie and friendliness among them were evident. A solid 5 out of 5 from me. Thank you for a delicious meal.

For the love of god hire more people!!!! I spent $72 on four meals which is outrageous as is but every time we come in there are only 2 people working during lunch time. It took 30 minutes to get our food and there were two people in front of us. And don’t think online is any fast, I ordered an hour out and when I got there they “forgot” it. I’m sitting here posting a review 22 min after I ordered and still waiting. The store charges enough for food to hire more people.

My husband & I went to this location to eat lunch on a Sunday about 2:15. There was one employee (young guy with braids) at this location. He was wiping meat slicer off, no one in line just us. He never looked up or acknowledged us being there. He could have at least said someone will be with you shortly but he didn’t. My husband stood there 2-3 minutes still nothing. Since the guy never acknowledged us we decided to leave. Employee never tried stopping us or anything. I don’t know what wrong with people working in the public. I know everyone isn’t like that but the pure disrespect of this young man was awful. Jersey Mikes please doing better showing these employees how to treat paying customer.

The place is clean and the employees are polite and professional.. we ordered three different sandwiches.. I got the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak which is delicious.. we also ordered the Original Italian along with the Ham and Provolone.. I was told they were delicious also.. we will definitely return for more.. much better than any other competitor in the Scottsboro area.. highly recommend Jersey Mike’s..

This is a review for the Jersey Mike’s subs in Scottsboro Alabama that has just opened. This is the first time I have ever eaten at a Jersey Mike’s sub location, and I have to admit I was very impressed. I ordered the famous Philly cheese steak sub and it was amazing. I don’t know if it’s the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had but it is right up there with a Philly connection as far as chains go. I had them to add portobello mushrooms to the sub which has a slight surcharge but it was very delicious. They did not ask me if I wanted lettuce and tomato and all the stuff that the cold Subs get so I’m not sure if you can add those things to the hot tubs or not the fresh vegetables and whatnot like at Subway when you customize your sub I do know that they offer that for the coal subs and they have a standard shading if you don’t want anything different for the cold Subs that they just add to it which is includes lettuce tomato and onion and the juice they call it which is a mix of olive oil and red wine blend. The atmosphere was okay enough it’s just like a any other little sub shop they had pictures of the beach and things like that and it was very clean and the service was really amazing. They got my sub out fast and they were very friendly but it’s a new store so you expect that. The manager even asked me if my sandwich was good and I told him yes and he was very friendly and the place looks well old and like it is running smoothly so far I highly recommend it to anyone in the Scottsboro area to try it seems to be a notch above the quality of Subway in my opinion Quiznos used to be my favorite sub place and it’s about like Quiznos but it doesn’t seem to offer all the hot sub offering they do in the soups and whatnot overall I give it five stars cuz it was delicious in the service was amazing it’s a little pricey but I haven’t really compared Subways prices in a while so I got a regular Philly cheese steak and added the Portobello and a drink for like 14 bucks kudos to Jersey Mike’s

Well, we recieved different energy than the other people there. Not to the point of being racist but definitely a bit dismissive. Messed up our order due to this dismissiveness. It was fixed no problem once the mistake was realized. But when your thr only melaninated around and you walk in and the staff gets quiet. It’s not exactly welcoming

Either the manager doesnt know how to schedule their employees or they need to hire more people. Its absolutely ridiculous running 2 employees at lunch time on a saturday. I was going to eat here during my 30 minute lunch break but I left at the 26 minute mark. Thanks for wasting my time.

Excellent service. The giant sub is just that; giant. Cheese steak was hot and delicious. Very clean and inviting atmosphere.
