My first visit to the franchise. Clean with good service. After getting some good advice from the staff, I ordered a #42 (Philly Cheese). A quality sandwich for sure. $16.50 with chips and a drink is a little pricey but still in line with other local shops. Looking forward to perusing the menu. Best Philly Cheese I’ve had in a long time and more than enough to fill me up.

I understand yall got kinks to work out but I was extremely disappointed at paying over $20 for one sandwich and it was bad. My meat was way overcooked and dry and no cheese on one side of our sandwich and no mushrooms was in it and they forgot to add mayo. The kids working did their best but it was dinner rush and I think it was too much for them to be learning during that time. I will wait til the summer and try it one more time when everyone has been fully trained.

Day 1 here. My “Big Kahuna” cheesesteak (<10 min wait w/6 ppl in line) was a solid 8/10 will be trying all of them on the menu. Five 4-top tables for dine in. Saw: 10-11 employees synergized and communicating with an upbeat all-hands-on-deck teamwork attitude. Plenty parking. Will return. Allow small kinks to be worked out.

I paid almost $12 for a “bowl” and had very little meat. It was such a rip off. I definitely will not be back.

Now that things have died down a little and they’re not as busy as they were when they opened, it’s a lot better! Mistakes are gonna happen when you’re THAT busy and they can’t control how busy they are! I do think there should be a way to turn off online orders when they are that busy though. Everyone I’ve encountered is super nice, store is clean! My only complaint is that they don’t seem to put the same amount of meat as other Jersey mikes. My sandwhiches are mostly bread which is one of the main reasons I love jersey mikes, you get a SANDWHICH instead of just bread like subway. Still better than subway though!

The sandwich was wonderful; the meat was fresh tasting with lots of flavor and the bread was awesome. Brock was very helpful telling us about the local area food and entertainment.

Cameron and his crew fine a wonderful job today. My husband and I stopped in for a sub. You can tell Cameron was in control on the front line, speaking to each person, taking orders, and telling each crew member what to do. The employees were polite to each other, and everyone kept a cool calm head even though it was busy! As we watched this crew work, I told my husband you could use the scene we seen as a training video! Very good food and experience!

I ordered on the app then proceeded to wait in the restaurant for 30 minutes while they helped everyone in line and didn’t make my order horrible customer service

Well the sandwiches had very little meat. We were fans of Jersey mikes in Tennessee due to the fresh meats and they really piled it on the sandwiches. The sandwiches we ordered (2) had maybe 8 thin slices of meat and were the regular subs for $9 and change. If this is norm now this restaurant in Jasper Alabama will not make it. I definitely can get a lot better lunch at the other restaurants for $21 and change. Signed – No longer a fan 🙁

I couldn’t wait for this shop to open. Had one back east. I’ve yet to get an order right. I will say I called and complain this last time and manager did credit me back. But you can’t tell them what you want It’s set sandwiches when you add or change anything you might get what you want You might not. To me a steak sub has lettuce mayonnaise and red hot peppers on it that’s not there’s. I ask Everytime and i have yet to get mail, crushed hours, lettuce on a sandwich. They over load it with the crushed peppers if you get them, which ruins the sandwich. I get they’re new, but the crowds died down because of the service.
