The lady at the front on the phone was extremely rude. I was trying to get an Italian sub wrapped in lettuce for keto. They said worked here for five years. Never had that made zero accommodations would never recommend anybody eating at this location Jersey Mike’s in Hoover.

I am extremely disappointed with this location of Jersey Mikes in Hoover ! First of all, the person on the grill coughed while preparing orders and I cannot honestly say that she turned away from the grill. Secondly, she began eating the steak off of the grill. Her hands should not be near her mouth, nose, or face while preparing orders food! This is not the usual location that we frequent, but I learned a lesson and will not visit that location again. In addition to all of this, I believe that she was the manager! The other two workers were kind, but this is unacceptable. In a season of the colds and the flu, I would hope that more care is taken when preparing the public’s food. PLEASE DO BETTER!

They only reason I didn’t give five stars on because I got home, and noticed my bacon was missing off my sub in a tub #8. I called and I was told that I could come back by for two pieces of bacon, but I was already home. I was hoping that the manager would’ve offered a better resolution, such as a credit or something that could be applied towards a future visit.

We have tried locations ranging from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and now Alabama. They are all pretty much the same no matter which state you are in. I usually order the Big Kahuna #56. I have ordered the tuna, and that was very good, but the #56 is my favorite. My wife always orders the Italian and makes it a combo with chips and a drink. The combo is the way to go, but it depends on how hungry you are. If you frequently dine here you should sign up for their Shore points program where you can earn free subs.

We have been going to JM for years. We ordered 3 sandwiches on line and they were ready when we arrived so that was great. However, once home we find that all of our sandwiches had bread that had not baked enough and was incredibly thin. It was so horrible we did not eat it. Additionally, I asked to have pepperoni added to one sandwich and it was not. The entire meal was a bust. Will not be going there anymore.

First time trying Jersey Mike’s and I was disappointed during my visit on 12/24/25 12:00 pm CST. I asked the employee if they could grill the meat for my Italian sub, but they said no. This was frustrating, especially since they were actively using the grill to make my friend’s sub at the same time. To make it worse, they didn’t even toast my bread. It felt like a simple request that could have been accommodated, but it wasn’t. I guess I’ll stick with SUBWAY, who’s never had a problem toasting my Italian sub. I
