So I made a 2-star review of this location in 2022 where I was less than satisfied with the $18 giant Philly sub having very little filling, some bites were bread only. Although I haven’t re-tried the Philly, I’ve been back a couple times recently and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the other subs I’ve tried. Maybe I’ll give the Philly another shot again, but I’ve gone ahead and deleted the old review to give 5 stars. Kudos to the team!

I did curbside as I have a fractured hip. I wanted a meatball sub but didn’t see it so I tried the Chipotle chix no gr pepper . They eliminated the onions also. Wasn’t impressed with the chipotle sauce.

this location is one of the worst! defintely gone down hill. I ordered 2 philly cheese steaks and when I got there at the time they were suppose to be ready they said 1 is ready waiting on the other one. 15 minutes later my other one was ready and I got home and my sub was cold. I told them is the other one cold now they said ” its warm”. it sucks because I use to love this place

Places an order through the app. I requested light mayo and light oil and vinegar along with other veggies. The bread was soaked clean through the wrapper. As I work from home, I was not able to go back. I removed the ham and cheese and ate it plain. I was so disappointed.

We have always made Jersey Mike’s subs our go to place. But, tonight, I ordered one Giant Kahuna, 1 medium Kahuna, both with no Jalapenos, one Italian.
When I got home, I realized that they made 2 giant Kahunas and one medium, 1 one Italian. Loaded with Jalapenos. And, I paid for all of it . I called them, the girl who messed up the order could care less. I paid too much for an extra sub and they are loaded with hot peppers. And, that’s just one Kahuna. The rest is in the refrigerator for tomorrow. I am so disappointed. When placing your order make them repeat the order back and check it before you pull out of the parking lot. She put me on mute twice, not paying attention to my order. Jalapenos are not good at this house.

Ordered two cold subs and one hot sub, waited 15 minutes with no hot sub while the cold ones sat on the counter. When asked what happened to our hot sub we were told they messed up the order. Finally after 20 minutes we had the hot sub. This was a to go order so by the time we got home our cold subs were mushy. This isn’t the first time at this location, this store doesn’t seem to be as efficient as other locations. Hot sub was delicious the cold ones not so much.
