I go to the location all the time and the manager is never very friendly. But last night I ordered delivery and requested the oil and vinegar be on the side. My sub was soggy so I called as this is now the 2nd time it has happened. The manager was rude no apologies and argued that’s how the sub is supposed to come. Unfortunate because we eat there a lot but I will go to Publix next time!

Ordered a tuna sub.. and got tuna thin enough to be a cream cheese spread. Then I was told they weigh it and this is all they put on. Keep in mind this is a SUB! NOT A SANWICH ON 2 THIN SLICES OF BREAD! Ive Ordered this same sub at many Jersey Mike locations and never received this! Times are hard but this is ridiculous

Update 1-14-2024
I went in to order so I could ask what comes on a Italian with extra meat. She told me she could do an extra layer of each meat that comes on the sandwich. Look at these pictures it is still 1 thin layer of Pepperoni and salami the rest is ham. You have officially lost a customer.
Update 10-26-2023
I ordered again asking for Extra meat.
I got this again mostly ham. I called and asked a few questions. If the Italian has 4 slices of Pepperoni and salami wouldn’t the extra have 8? The girl on the phone tried to tell me it’s weight and one person may slice it thicker than another.. my money is on if you changed the thickness your manager would probably not be happy. I’m going to try another location and actually go into the store.
The subs are usually really good. Fresh .
I always order double meat and cheese. This order tasted different them I realized all they did was add extra ham. Only 1 layer of Pepperoni and salami. I’ll say something to the manager if I go back.

Very rude staff. Instead of admitting and accepting that an error was made, two young women tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Not a good way to run a business and definitely not a business to trust. Subs are inconsistently made and order customizations are often forgotten.

Tanner at this location is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! He keeps the busy line moving efficiently and maintains a friendly attitude. I noticed he also remembers his regulars and their orders which is truly one of a kind customer service. He is the type of employee any company should feel lucky to have!

You can always count on Jersey Mike’s for fresh ingredients and great service. This location in particular has stellar staff & the Store Manager is always professional and helpful. My go to is normally the Italian in a Tub but they also have an excellent quality Roast Beef.

Would not give me a cup of water! After spending almost $10 for a small sub was told they do not offer water cups. I don’t care about the $10 but felt disrespected that I could not get a two cents cup of water. There are other sub places that will give me water. I do not need to come here. Glad I put back the chips before checkout,would not want to give them another penny! FL is the southernmost state in the union and probably the hottest but not even a cup of water for a paying customer. SMH…
