I guess the cook on 1/8/26 around 5pm doesn’t know how to follow/read instructions. The bread was incorrect on 2 of my orders and I also asked for NO onions and peppers.

It’s February 26th I’m waiting almost a half hour with my dog when curbside said 5:13 it will be ready it’s 5:26 and a whole football team inside this isn’t right . It’s very unfair I had a bad experience 7 months ago and now this happened again. The food was very skimpy I was very disappointed and the Philly steak was cold I was there over 20 minutes waiting beyond the time it was expected. I tried to call the store no one answered nor was there an answer machine. I truthfully could have went to ruffino’s and got two foot long subs and been very full instead I had two regular subs and was still hungry and it was very poor quality very horrible service you don’t just ignore customers because you got rushed in in the store and a whole bunch of people came in but obviously this will be my last time going in there or ordering unless I can get a refund because this to me I feel like I’m going to try to dispute this on my credit card poor customer service poor quality of food and just very disappointed. You could ignore me or you could try to make this right I’m sorry but this is not acceptable to me.

I felt welcomed into the store by everyone. They have a big family vibe to their service. Ali made our sandwiches and we couldn’t be happier with our meal. Come early, there is a reason why they are busy!!!!!

Visited Jersey mikes subs for a lunch meeting, the sandwiches came out quick , service was courteous, and the subs were really good.

One of the best Jersey Mike’s locations! Clean, spacious, and most importantly the food was made perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely absurd. Ordered a giant club sub with extra meat. Lady just ignoring me as she cuts the meat. Spent 26 dollars on a sub. Least they can do is get it right and not steal extra money while not giving me what I paid for.

Sadly this jersey Mike’s has gone down hill. A bunch of kids working and trying to rush to close. Not paying attention to the order. One girl literally leaned over my sandwhich while it was being made. Her hair and clothing brushing against it. I made a comment but they kept right on making the sandwich *puke*. The grilled veggies lacked taste and they have a sad selection of veggies compared to say subway. My son wanted mozzarella cheese on his sandwich which they claimed to not have. They just didnt want to have to slice it since they do carry it. Very over priced for the quality of sandwich. I will say their bread is delicious and very soft but that’s about the only good thing I can say. We won’t be going back to this location which is a shame because it’s local.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I work at Wawa and I popped in after a long shift tonight. It was 10 minutes before closing and I apologized profusely to them for that. There were three women behind the counter and I could hear the loud sighs the second I walked in. Every single thing I asked for was immediately dismissed, as they either rolled their eyes or turned around and said absolutely nothing. I wanted my Italian on the grill but I was too uncomfortable to even ask. Not to mention, none of them were wearing gloves or hair nets. Personally, I was really considering just walking out. Upon unwrapping my sandwiches, they were very messily made and thrown together. I will probably never stop here again despite the fact that it’s the closest one to me. I’ll go to the one on Saint Lucie West instead.
