I had not been to this location in years due to a bad experience and decided to try it again. For the price we’re paying, there isn’t very much meat. The sandwiches were great though. The lady checking out just stood there and didn’t say anything. I didn’t feel welcome. The whole vibe there was just off, it’s not like it used to be years ago when I felt welcome and was greeted.
I don’t think they should be asking, “do you know what you want?”.

I always have my Italian subs grilled to melt the cheese but was told explicitly that is not a thing due to corporate at this restaurant. The staff are nice but don’t expect to get any special orders here but it is a good very basic Jersey Mike’s that does not go above and beyond for customers.

Top-Tier Subs Every Time!
Hands down one of the best sub places around and I’m a guru when it comes to fresh subs! I had the roast beef, and the bread was unbelievably fresh. It was like having a crisp salad piled right on top of perfectly sliced meat. Everything was just right. You can never go wrong with their food consistently delicious!

Our towns Jersey Mike’s is the Best. The staff are nice and quick with service. The drinks are always cold. The drink station is clean. Bathroom is clean. Booth’s, tables are nice and clean. Floors also. The chips, cookies are fresh. Love to order on the app. Great atmosphere our favorites are the Steak and chicken Kahuna’s, meatball/parm, and little John’s,tuna,ham,turkey are all great. Definitely recommend for everyone to check it out.

One of my favorite places to get a sub, even though they’re a bit more expensive than other sub shops, the ingredients are usually more fresh. I rated a little lower because they seem to run out of bread regularly. Also, when adding toppings, they need to be spread out instead of cramming a bunch on one part of the sandwich, so the other end is just bread and lettuce. Not sure what’s going on lately but it seems like the quality & standards are lower then they used to be.

Very pleasant and the people that work there are very nice and have great memories! Often times they’ll remember things on my sandwich but I don’t remember to ask for from previous orders… Now that’s great customer service!

The young man standing 5’10 was really helpful and convinced me to try the jersey shores favorite and it was exquisite he was so helpful and so charming perfect all around staff you have a new loyal customer as long as he’s there!!

Went to Jersey Mike’s on 5/30/24 and the bread was very stale and flaky- definitely not typical of them. I have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s and the bread was always fresh until that day. I mentioned it to the young man working at the time and he just shrugged and said he didn’t know why.
Thinking the bad bread was a one time incident, I ordered from there again today, 06/07/24. Again, the bread was not good. It was very stale and rubbery tasting. I don’t know if they’re ordering from somewhere new or just not storing it properly, but two visits in a row to be unsatisfied is too much. I think it’s time to take a break from subs for a while.

This location has changed so much ! It’s upsetting how down hill this location has went spent almost $60 on food and the young lady stated we don’t toast bread I’ve been there plenty of times to know Jersey mikes toast’s bread they need to get it together fr fr either needs new employees or new management because she doesn’t even look like she likes her job half the time.
