After ordering from this location multiple times without issue I found myself with one of the worst experiences I have ever had ordering food.
The Chicken Philly is what I normally order and after picking up 40$ worth of subs for me and my family, I got home and noticed my chicken sub was in fact beef. I do not eat beef and called the store to get a refund. I was told by the general manager that I would have to drive 30 minutes back to the store with the sub to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous management, losing a customer who has been ordering from here for years.

I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The staff was incredibly friendly and showed amazing patience throughout my visit. They took the time to make sure my order was exactly right and never made me feel rushed. The service was quick, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the team truly went above and beyond. The place is filthy, mold and nastiness in and on the machine itself. When you walk in hungry, look around at the layer of filth on and around the register. Glance beyond that to the register, the sink the wall, absolutely covered in filth. The service was alright, basic. The food, was nothing to be impressed with. Basic sub shop. This amount of nastiness doesn’t accumulate in a month, this is several months of neglect and lack of leadership.

This store at Winter Garden Village has been in steady decline for several months. My orders are almost always wrong, meaning they leave off several toppings on a regular basis. The staff seems overwhelmed and appear to be understaffed. I had to wait 20+ minutes for my sub past when it was supposed to be ready for pick up. The staff needs to be trained on food and utensile handling. The lady who went to cut my sandwich was going to use a knife she had picked up from a dirty counter right next to the register, with the same gloves she used to operate the register until I stopped her and said please dont cut my sandwich. Seems like a health code violation to me. I dont know what happened to this store as it started out good. I think I’m done with this location until it improves, if it ever does.

Consistently Good
Jersey Mike’s has become our ‘go-to’ sub place as their subs are consistently of high quality and very good. We have ordered ours in our car on the way there and it was ready right on time. I was able to just pick up and go without any wait. We have also ordered on the app, also ready when I arrived. A really good experience the app was easy to use and staff was extremely friendly. Great sandwich and I will definitely keep going go back.

Used be a 4 star review but after recent visits it’s a 1 now. The workers here just don’t listen or care about what you ask for on your sandwich. Asked for my bread to be toasted and they don’t bother, asked for sides of condiments and they don’t bother. It’s even worse on mobile orders, you could ask for something a so simple and they just won’t put in the effort. Spent $26 tonight and you can’t even get one thing I ask for right. Lost business

The service was very extremely slow and the employees were very sad. They did not make me want to come back. And the place wasn’t as clean as it normally is. We enjoy Jersey Mike’s but we may need to visit another location. They used to greet people as they came in. Not even a smile today.

I’m a fan of Jersey Mikes but I’ve noticed they put about half the meat they used to and prices continue to rise. Coincidence this happened about the same time they were bought by Blackstone? I’m sure Peter Cancro would’ve approved of such a change.
