Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company’s mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

I tried Jersey Mike’s a little bit ago, and I’ve got to say — it completely lived up to the hype! The place was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and the service was fast without feeling rushed.
I ordered my sub “Mike’s Way,” and it was incredible. The bread was soft and fresh, the veggies were crisp, and the meat was sliced right in front of me — you can really taste the freshness. Every bite felt like it was made with care.
The whole atmosphere had great energy, and the team seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better.
Overall, definitely a 5-star visit! Like they say, “If it ain’t fresh sliced, it’s not Jersey Mike’s!” — and that’s 100% true.

I’ve visited this location now twice up in Tarpon Springs. The first time was just like this time and there won’t be a third time. Customer service? There is none, and just like last time they act like a bunch of zombies in there. They don’t have a normal typical display of all the condiments so you can view and pick. They don’t ask you about the condiments like “salt and pepper?” What kind of cheese would you like?” And more. I just left out of there without a cheese on my sandwich, vinegar & oil, salt and pepper and mustard – for a $20 (19 and change) foot long. It’s not even about the money. There’s no effective communication, no customer service, no soft skills. I’ve seen more life at a funeral. Jersey Mike’s is the “Publix” of subs but for some reason THIS location is like a Pak N Save or a U-Save – horrible. You guys should have on loop The Cranberries song “Zombie” playing all the time!

I came to this Jersey Mike’s location for the first time, and while the subs themselves don’t disappoint, the customer experience unfortunately did.
The place was very clean, but the service was a big letdown. With all the sub options around this area (Subway, Firehouse, etc.), I expected at least a warm welcome. Instead, the young man working the counter barely acknowledged me, almost as if he was doing me a favor by taking my order. The store wasn’t busy, so it wasn’t a matter of being rushed.
Another customer who came in after me even expressed three times that it was her first time at Jersey Mike’s. Rather than making her feel welcome, the only thing the employee asked was if she had a rewards account. No smile, no thank you, not even a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s.” He just rang her up and moved on.
Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff, but first impressions matter. A smile, a greeting, and a simple thank-you go a long way — especially with so many other sub shops nearby competing for business.

This Jersey Mikes location was phenomenal! The all female staff I encountered this morning were absolute sweethearts, had the best work ethic & attitude, clean work stations, and fast assembly times. Even when they were working on a humongous catering order, they still prioritized the customer in front of them. I cannot express how amazing these women are. I hope the manager and franchise owner sees this and gives them all the props and kudos possible.

I love Jersey Mikes; I grew up in Point Pleasant so it’s always been a favorite. Hadn’t had it though for a while until we moved to Tarpon. Now I eat there twice a week at least.
But this particular location … This place has one of the best crews working behind the counter. And I literally mean the best. They greet you, they work fast, they are well organized on the line. Today the kid called me sir! Other food chains it seems like they are trained to not make eye contact with you until absolutely necessary and you definitely are not being called sir! .
As a business owner I would love to know the hiring process or training because someone somewhere knows what they are doing. I make sure to tip them everytime and I hope I’m not the only one! Again great food and really great staff.

For some reason, I had more cheese than meat. Im not one to complain or ask to remake i just roll with it.. I had a Philly cheese. I believe it was $20 bucks. Kinda pricey, but it’s ok. Halfway through, i couldn’t eat any more. Saved the other half for the next day. Jalapeños were not hot kinda mild w, no kick.. I’ll still would return. It could have been just this visit.. this is just a friendly heads up..

I ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats & the UE driver dropped the wrong order off at my door. It was from a totally different restaurant. I called Jersey Mikes to let them know they can toss my order since I wouldn’t be able to pick it up myself due to work and they sent one of their employees to my location to deliver my order. I was already having a really rough day but my frustration turned to tears of gratitude. I am speechless. You guys are true gifts from God & I can’t thank you enough!!!

My husband and I fell in love with their subs, but something has changed with their roast beef. When we first started going there, it was always rare and delicious. I don’t know if they changed brands or something, but now it looks gray/brown, tastes funny, and I even got sick one night about 7 hours after I ate the sub. We have switched where we get our subs. I hope they change whatever it is that’s different, because in my book, they had the best subs and we are willing to pay that kind of money when the food is good. Please change your roast beef back!!!
