They finally have chicken salad subs again, I’m very pleased!!! The chicken salad mixture is nice and normal….no weird additions and very tasty!! Update! I visited again today and the Chicken Salad wasn’t on the menu!!! But I asked and the guy said they still have it for the time being… but it will be going away soon…… so sad but happy that I was able to order it today, they were very nice about it!!

Everytime I come here, without fail, my sandwich is always perfect and delicious idk how you guys do it. Every place has its bad day like sometimes my sandwich would be too wet or they forget stuff. But not you guys. My sandwich is ALWAYS MIRACULOUS AND IMMACULATE I’m typing this with sauce still on my fingers bc I have to let you guys know how good your sandwiches are. Honestly one of the worst Jersey Mike’s experiences I’ve had. Last night around 6pm, there were only two customers in the store, myself and an elderly man ahead of me, and service took over 20 minutes. When I walked in, she was already making his sub, and it somehow still took that long.
The employee was extremely slow and noticeably impatient. The gentleman didn’t know what “Mike’s Way” meant, and instead of explaining it (which is literally part of the job), she acted annoyed. When he asked for cherry pepper relish, she kept calling it
“CPR,” which he obviously didn’t understand and made no effort to clarify.
He also struggled with Apple Pay, and instead of helping, she just stood there staring at him. I ended up stepping in to help because it was honestly uncomfortable to watch. That’s just basic human decency.
Once my order finally started, the pace didn’t improve.
If the store had been even mildly busy, it would’ve been a disaster. Slow service is one thing, but slow and rude, especially to an older customer, is unacceptable.
I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but this location seriously needs better customer service and training.

The slowest people I’ve ever been around. Id rather eat nails than wait in that place again. Don’t even try to order Uber eats from them either. Impossible.

They raised prices again recently, A lunch, Small sandwich, chips and a drink is now over $17, not worth it anymore for the price, Subway is not as good in taste, but for half the price you can get double the amount of food if you use the app, The Mike’s app will give you a free sandwich after like 15 trips with shore points, not worth it anymore, Sad – There is a potbelly just down the street too that is cheaper
