Got the big kahuna “Giant”, let me tell you it’s a normal size sub and there was barely and meat inside. For $20 sandwich you’d expect better. I have always gone to Jersey Mikes but went to the Manatee location and they always made it great. This location made me not want to go to Jersey Mike’s ever again. I recommend going to south Philly cheese steaks as they always fill their sandwiches.

Either they have new managers, better employees or both they really turned around in quality and speed. I stopped going to this location for a long time because after several bad experiences at this location I stopped going here. I now work close to this location and tried it out again and the food was done properly and was finished by the time I arrived. I use to go to the original jersey mike in point pleasant and this place held up to the quality. If I go there again and receive the same service I will change 5 star if I just got lucky I will edit this whole thing.

First time having jersey Mike’s, I really enjoy the atmosphere when I came in the place was very clean and your employees were very nice. Definitely will be coming back to try the other sandwiches. And the food was really great. I enjoy the tuna.

Ciara and the crew was amazing, I am the supervisor for kids empire and recieved this coupon for 4 free. Even though my sandwiches was free they still did everything so professional and kind. So did a curbside and waited for at least 10 minutes after the person was supposed to come out. I went inside to get it and they told me just a minute which was fine. When I asked for my order I mentioned it was curbside and the girl looked over to her coworker and replied a little snotty that she went outside and didn’t see a red car. At this time I admit that I responded back as snotty to open their eyes as I could see my car at the door. She then yelled at me sorry we are in middle of the lunch rush. No excuse especially since you now just embarrassed yourself in front of the three customers that were in there. Next time we order from Jersey Mike’s we will go to a different store. I will not step foot into this one ever again

Ok, this place is definitely making an effort to get better. I came in the peak of the lunch rush, and it looked like every single employee understood the urgency of the lunch hour without compromising service and attitude. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Looks like there’s an actual manager on duty during peak hours now, which is a huge step up from where this place was at recently. Below is my old review – I have to give them credit for stepping up and responding. Only complaint – take a look at my soggy sandwich pic.
Subs, made to order. They take a really long time. I walked out before getting my sandwich because I was in there for 30 minutes. I’ll never go back again. Subway it is for me. Jersey Mike’s definitely doesn’t want your business. They just want to waste your time. Last time I left a poor review, they offered me a gift card. It would be a lot easier to just do good business in the first place, but I guess they’re not interested in improving and providing services that are in line with the rest of the competition.

Second time now ordered the number 13 first time exter meat exter pepperoni came with just ham and pepperoni no other meat. This time ordered samething 13 exter meat exter pepperoni this time the meat it had on it was ham no other meat you pay 27 dollars for a sandwich you should at least get what you ordered. That’s the last time I will go there again I will go to subway befor I go there.
