I came in wanting to try something new and the manager of the store Dylan stepped right up and suggested the tuna fish done mikes way. I could tell by his enthusiasm that he was in no way downplaying the intensity of perfection. Let me tell you this was the best sub I have ever had. His co worker was a very pleasant guy. He stopped what he was doing to assist and these two delivered me the most amazing sub with a huge smile. I love this location and plan to bring friends for a lunch outing next week

I go to jersey Mike’s every now and then but honestly the service and the food was so far better with the young gentlemen the evening i went. Dylan and Xavier were absolutely phenomenal and amazing employees honestly probably wont go to any other jersey mikes and if their not their ill probably come back another day. It was enough for me to take the time and write this so that in and of itself says it all.

Stopped in to the store on Bonita Beach Road and Tamiami. Initially greeted with a nice welcome once I got to the checkout things changed drastically! The girl that helped me Spanish girl has possibly the worst attitude of anyone I’ve ever met in my life. Every time I go in that store. She’s rude and not helpful. Last trip to Jersey Mike’s for me.

I visited this location on Sunday afternoon and it was busy however the manager Dylan was so friendly and amazing I did not even notice. I also work in the restaurant industry so I wanted to make sure he knew it was awesome to see how much he cares. I then found out it was his day off and he came in to help his team. That is something you can not teach. You should be very grateful you have this man! Just saying! I definitely will return and drive our of my way for this reason alone. Customer service is everything trust me I know! Cheers! Great job Dylan! I will be back! ❤️✌️

I don’t like that they use the same meat slicer for the meet and cheeses. They also have very limited vegetarian and vegan options. If you look at all the large franchises they’re starting to offer plant based protein because they know the prices of meat in the future are going to skyrocket. It’s too bad the smaller franchises like Jersey Mikes don’t offer some plant based options.

The new manager Dylan greeted me with a welcoming smile and thanked me for coming. He seemed excited to be in his position. I frequently order from here and this time was exceptional! I thoroughly enjoy your food that’s why my office orders from there weekly if not more. In my opinion Dylan is a fantastic asset to this store!

Stopped in while I was shopping in the area, was greeted with immediately with a smile, and the first person to ask me how my day was. Had been in a few stores and the greeting were sub-par. We ordered and later found out that the man talking with us was the new manager Dillon!, Great food and service is hard to come by now adays!, worth the stop and absolutely refreshing to be in this establishment!
