They consistently make mistakes with orders. We love Jersey mikes, so we keep crossing our fingers. But 95% of the time, our online or delivery order is incorrect! See images below. $10 for a half a bowl of chicken. Specifically said chicken, bacon and cheese only. And this happens almost EVERY time! Do better!!!

Double check your food before you leave the store EVERY SINGLE TIME. At this point its just one big joke. The last 7 times we have ordered from this location 5 times they have messed up the order 3 of those 5 were deliveredso i had to pay for delivery and still go back to the store to get food corrected. For some reason they cannot get 2 sandwiches and a bowl correct. We have reached out to corporate….again… but not holding our breathe. We love jersey Mike’s food but this location for whatever reason just cannot get it right.

Worst experience I ever had, girl took order disapeared. Some guy looked like manger took over. I ordered 1 cold Italian, 1 hot Italian and a chicken bowl. The cold sandwich is done in 15 minutes which took longer than normal. The cashier says I had 2 cold Italians. I said no I have 2 other hot items..They forgot to make those so I tell them again and then they start my hot Italian and just bring it to me done. I asked why they didn’t ask me what I wanted on it. The rude manager talked down to me and said you need to tell us before you order. I tell him I wanted pickles and a few other things on it. He remakes it with pickles done still no chance to customize. So at this point about 30mins in the still have not started the chicken philly bowl another 10 minutes. Paid 38 for a completely screwed up order very disorganized and rude. I would like corporate to call me please

Thank you David!!!! Once again you guys nailed it!!! The family wanted Jersey Mike’s for dinner so, I run up to our local store next to Publix and Panera Bread and as soon as I walk in the door we are greated like family!! Both my boys feel like there famous thanks to this team. Sandwiches made quick and out the door. There should be more managers like David. They are lucky to have him. His leadership skills speak volumes. Great job sir. Keep up the good work!!.

I’ve not eaten at a Jersey Mike’s before. I was impressed with the quailty and favor of the Original Italian, Mike’s way. Fresh veggies. The oil, vinegar, and herbs was surprisingly flavorful. One of the best subs I’ve ever eaten. Service was satisfactory and fast. Place was clean.

This is my favorite of the three in this area. David the store manager is friendly. Courteous. I frequent this location several times a week and the wait is short even during busy times. All the staff are friendly and always eager to satisfy their customers. Thanks again for your awesome service

I’ve been going here for years, the last 3 visits my ham and cheese sub is just bread and toppings, they put 2 very very thin pieces of ham, can’t even taste it. For $11 I will now go elsewhere, 3 chances were enough for me

This location was busy. That’s a sign of good food when you have to wait. Employees were on the ball cause it only took 10 minutes to get my sub even though there was a line.
The subs are good. You get a lot of meat for your money. The flavors are great. I put Jersey Mike’s near the top for the best subs out there.
They aren’t cheap but I think for the money you get a quality meal. If you want a cheap sub all around then go to Subway

So what happened was I went in in the evening Of the 19th of September to get me and my wife a sub and we got it and they accidentally added another person’s sub onto our order and I already paid for it. So they went above and beyond to notice the mistake told me to come in and get a free sub, wrote it on my receipt with a subticket and came in the next day on September 20th I came into get the sub that I paid for accidentally. They went above and beyond. Chad Snyder. The manager was great by accepting the mistake and they would take care of me. And also the two gentlemen that were on shift were excellent. Best subs ever. I don’t go anywhere else. Very happy with the experience and we’ll always eat here. Again, thank you very much.AAA+++
