The food at this store is alway good and fresh. The staff are polite and helpful. It gets a little backed up in there but the sammy is worth the wait. Its clean and well lit. We eat here often.

I was the only person in the store and the two people working asked me to wait so they could clean their equipment and make an online gluten free order. What has happened to our society? Online orders attended to first over in person?

My son went in to get me a sandwich and he had me on speakerphone to order. The server was Ethan. He was so kind and respectful taking my order and very patient. His customer service was top tier. The service was amazing along with his attitude. Thank you Ethan!!

I ordered subs delivered by Uber eats. I paid extra for extra cheese on my sub and when I recieved it, it was ridiculously empty, not cut and made with zero effort. I’m extremely disappointed with this jersey Mike’s because I’ve had nothing but good experiences before this. Almost a $17 6inch sub with hardly any meat on it is ridiculous. Literally can hardly see or taste the cheese steak part of the sub because there is hardly any meat on it.

Not great, not bad. I had a Tuna salad on wheat regular size which seemed to be about 6 inches. They could not toast it for me and It was not clear to me why they could not. The sandwich itself was just ok, I would not say tasty. I get the feeling this is not what they are known for. Oddly they charge extra for cheese on this item. There were some weird dirt marks on the edge of the table, not sure what they were but I didn’t want to touch them. I won’t hurry back but I’m probably not their ideal customer. If you like lots of meat and cheese this maybe a better fit given the pics on their menu board.

We found blood on a bun of a takeout order once. I guess dude sliced himself so clean he didn’t feel it. Perhaps we should be glad it wasn’t a finger. They would have uncharged us and the sub would have cost $20.

Terrible service. Stay away from this store. Ordered sandwiches with Jersey Mike app. Got message from Door Dash delivery driver my bread was not available. I called the store to cancel which is what the help button in the gives you as an option. Jersey Mike staff said they could not cancel and refund. Offered for me to speak with supervisor after 3-4 minutes waiting. Was told supervisor is not answering. Talked to Door Dash said they could not cancel and refund. Both Jersey Mike Seminole and Door Dash just kept my money blamed each other, did not fix the problem, or refund me. Will never order or eat here again. Thief’s hiding behind corporate policy.
