I’m pregnant and have been ordering sandwiches from this location for the past month after calling ahead to confirm they would heat the deli meat for me. I’ve placed the same order several times without any issue. However, tonight when my husband went to pick up that same order, they refused to heat the meat and claimed they had never done so before. This was not only frustrating but dishonest, especially given our prior experiences. The staff was also rude. I will not be returning to this location.

We eat at Jersey Mikes all the time but normally go to the Largo store. I had a job in the area so decided to stop at the newer Tyrone store. I ordered a veggie sub, as usual, and asked to have it toasted. They said they can’t. They have no way of toasting it. Meanwhile I’m watching them make hot sandwiches on the grill, so I asked in a different way, can you please toast it on the grill just the bread and cheese? Yet again I was told they can’t. I order this same sub in Largo and they happily toast it for me. The reasoning I was given is different store have different managers. I literally can’t understand why they can’t toast a piece of bread with cheese on it? I can understand meat goes on the grill but I’m not a vegetarian and I’m asking this to be done. Not to mention I literally just watched them cut meat and cheese in the same slicer so they can’t be that worried about cross contamination if that’s the unsaid reason. So now I have to go take sub and toast it at home. Guess I won’t be back there.

This chain is pricey compared to others, but you get what you pay for. The bread and meats are always fresh. The wait can take a tad long, but is always worth it. The giant Italian is amazing and any of the giant cheese steaks will rock your world. Oh, and always get it Mike’s Way. You just don’t mess with perfection. Now if you could just put one of these gems on Clearwater Beach!

I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time this evening (to go). Had high hopes since I’ve heard how great the Philly cheesesteak was. I ordered mine with provolone, peppers and onion. My sandwich had plenty of steak which was tasty but there was basically no cheese, maybe 3 or 4 slivers of peppers and a few onions. Even though the steak was moist, without the cheese it made for a dry sandwich. What a disappointment.

“Can’t put your sandwich on the grill to heat it”. Well then how come every other Jersey Mike’s in the system prepares our sandwiches hot off the grill?? Customer service attendants were just lazy and unwilling to prepare a custom sandwich to loyal patrons. Very uncharacteristic of Jersey Mikes, very disappointed!

This was the worst example of a cheese steak sandwich. I had difficulty finding steak. There was plenty of mushrooms, peppers and onions. Not much cheese.. stay far away if you want a cheese steak sandwich.

I was excited to finally find a Jersey Mike’s down here because I missed eating at them up North.
So I’m only rating a 4 because of the food was good and fresh.
When we entered the restaurant there was only one person in front of us. The employee was doing his best to try and multitask between online and walk in customers.
The line was continuing to grow and this one employee then went to get help after the line was maybe 6 customers deep as well as a pile of online orders.
So my question is why did we wait 15-20 minutes to get our food when there was ay least 2 more people in the back?
I tried my best to be patient because it wasn’t the employees fault however I feel it’s very inconvenient. You should have one person working on online orders and another on instore orders.
Just very disappointed in the wait. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean as well.
