My cousin was in town from out-of-state and wanted a sub. We went here, he purchased his sub and ate half that night and half the next morning before his flight home. He reported to me that he started getting extremely sick while on the plane and vomited three times before landing. Three days later he is just now beginning to feel better. Poor refrigeration or cleanliness protocols at this location I highly suspect. Glad I didn’t get anything myself. Proceed at your own risk!

Slowest moving employees I’ve ever seen.
2 standing there not doing anything during rush hour. Took about 25 mins to get a sub.

Girl adding the toppings moved at snail pace and got it wrong like 5 times.

J-Mikes was a fine establishment before it was bought by Black rock but this location would be better shutdown.

Save your time and money and just go to McDonald’s.

When I came in I was greeted with excellent service! I was a bit hesitant on what I wanted to order but the friendly staff helped me choose what I would like to their best ability ! Everything was clean and my sandwich was topped neatly and speedy! I will come back thanks again !

I ordered through Uber and my food was some of the worst food I’ve ever received I had ordered the giant BLT with onions and peppers. the bacon that was on it had this odd odor like it had gone bad the onions peppers tomatoes and lettuce was all slimy like it had also gone bad I called the store to see what I could do to have it remade and I was informed that since I ordered through Uber it wasn’t there problem and they didn’t care as I had received my food even though it was made with spoiled products

I had a horrible experience with 1 staff member on June 22nd, 2025 and I will never go back to this Jersey Mike’s. I filled out a comment card on the JM website so they could address my complaint without making a Google review. They acknowledged receipt of my complaint and said I would get a response in 48 hours. No response so I will post this review since they didn’t have the decency to at least follow up.
Here is my exact complaint from their customer service comment card:
Been a loyal jersey Mike’s customer for five or six years and I had the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had had a jersey Mike’s. I went to pick up an app order for myself. There were two customer in the store that were together putting in their order, and I stood by the door by the counter, like I always do waiting for one of the 3 employees to acknowledge me and hand me my order since it wasn’t in the carry out rack. I sat there by the door, literally for three minutes without ever being, even looked at or acknowledged. It was clear that no one was going to acknowledge that I was standing there, so I looked on the counter, and I saw my order. I picked up the bag and said “would it be OK for me to take this? This is my order Mike Baker”. One of the employees said yes and then the lady with pink hair that was operating the grill literally started yelling at me saying you can’t do that. She also told me that I’ve done that before and I am not allowed to do that. I nicely explained to her that I come to the store all the time, I tip all the time and usually when I’m standing there for three minutes, somebody acknowledges my existence or at least says I’ll be with you in a moment. She literally started accosting me and saying I can never do that again and then I had done that previously, which I have not. The attitude in that store seems to be that nobody cares about the customer, and if they would simply put the order on the rack where it was supposed to be this would’ve never been an issue. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I don’t wanna ever go to this Jersey Mike’s store that is literally less than a mile from my house. I don’t trust that employee on the grill to make my sandwich properly and I just can’t believe that I was treated like a child.

I never been to Jersey Mike’s before but after today. I will be a regular customer. The customer service was phenomenal. The lead cashier was very attentive, courteous and fast. My Jersey Shore Favorite was worth coming back for. A fresh roll, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, provolone cheese, cappaculolo, and ham all blended together for a classic Italian cold sub. Plus salt, pepper, oil and vinegar were added at my choice. This thing was banging!! Best sub by far in my opinion…but if you don’t believe me…try one for yourself!!

Not the usual 5 star experience at this location. Not busy at the time I showed up. Only seen 2 carry out customers and 2 delivery pick ups over the 30 minutes I was there. 3 employees and the place was not clean, actually quite dirty in kitchen and lobby both. No ice as machine was broken. Napkins stuffed in the holder so tight that you could not get any out of it. The cheesesteak was nowhere near the quality I always have had elsewhere. This is my first non 5 star review of a Jersey Mike’s! The sandwich lacked body and lacked toppings and even the steak was less than I ever seen elsewhere. Plus the bread was oddly refrigerator cold. And to top it off the employees were simply ‘chattin and chillin’ while both quality, care, and cleanliness needed to be priority.
